MEP Peter Agius

We are honoured to welcome MEP Peter Agius at the event on 30 October 2024 'From Candidate to MEP'
Peter Agius graduated in law and European law. He was the first Maltese EU official, joining the Council Legal Service in 2002. In 2012, he became Head of the European Parliament Office in Malta then joined the cabinet of Antonio Tajani. In 2024, he was elected as MEP with the PN (EPP). Dr. Agius currently serves as Deputy Coordinator of the Committee on Petitions. He is also a member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development.
