Be careful and really inspect the house, especially if it hasn’t been temperature controlled, may have mold, and especially the plumbing. Could be broken pipes that you can’t see until water is fired up.
The water running to the back of the house is worrisome, plus the siding looks like water got behind it and froze causing the damaged, but the vines were nice.😉
Hey Mrs K if you do buy that property your gonna have to factor in the price of a sawmill to deal with all that timber 🤔😁 banking at back of the house looks like it's gonna wash away in wet weather and no drainage between it snd the house 🙄😳 good luck 🤞 on your searches 👍
Beautiful property,I’ll bet it looks really nice with leaves on the trees. As far as the pool goes, whoever is selling the house may not have been the original owners who put the pool in. I bought a house with an old pool that was operational. Not for long. I grew tired of spending hundreds of dollars on repairs quickly. What you see on this video is what mine looked like before I had it removed, which cost five thousand dollars.Never buy a pool that requires a liner.
Looks like a lot of water issues, plus the pool itself tells me they didnt take care of anything properly, people who care would never allow a inground pool to get that bad, the land is beautiful however 😊
I remember that property being for sale not long ago. Thought it was weird it was for sale again so soon. Should be tons of wildlife around there. Good luck to you guys.
I can see right now, if you buy that house you will need a boat for the back. So this house doesn't have a basement and for a good reason. Those air conditioners need raised up and replaced.
You can change the house and buildings but you can't change the land. Make a proper drain situation at the back of the house, plant some good greenery on that slope to bind the soil and you'll be right as rain.
Looks beautiful.. I hope once u go thru everything then u can see what u need to do! From following like I have for the last 6-8 years then I’m sure u guys will find what the Good Lord shows u.. God Bless
That's amazing! Looks a bit like what would be a dream property for me. I'd need a nice creek full of furbearers, and bobcats in decent numbers, to make me fully happy. It reminds me of the central MD place I used to live in. A lot of hills, PIA to climb some. Elevation at 930 or something or another. 40 mins north of Baltimore. I'd want all 3 parcels too. I'd have to win some lottery or another to afford anything like this.
Looks like a really nice piece of property the Vinyl Siding that looked like it melted or maybe a Water leak Would be a little concerning Definitely would have to take off some of the vinyl siding Give it a good look over.
WOW the gravel road where its steep would be wild in an ice storm! House looks like a money pit. Land is pretty but I bet you would get some flooded roads in gully wash.
Never liked properties selling by tracts and parcels. Seems like the realtors try to milk everything beyond reason by pricing each parcel--then combination of parcels--then the whole ball of wax to find out which brings in the most money. No thanks. They can have it and keep it when it comes to those tactics!!
If you like the land, why don't you give them an offer just for the land. It's only 1.5 hours from your place and keep your 20 areas, house and pond. You then have the house you already live in and you can hunt on the 20 and the property in Missouri is only 1.5 hours away. That's what I would do. Good luck on your search.
The little round caps in the ground around the home are termite bait stations.

Welcome to the Cape Girardeau area.

Exactly.
Should keep the kentucky farm that place was awesome
House looks like a lot of work and upkeep.
Not a fan of how it’s situated on that hillside.
The land is beautiful.

I don't think it ever sold.
I thought he said in the video it sold in 2021. I’m not referring to the latest auction.

I agree Clark. I avoided those type listings also. Too many variables in play.
Id rather have a house built to my liking on a big piece of property like that.
would you be interested in Northeast Missouri. I know a place that is super nice for sale but not on the market yet. i think in your price range.
Looks like it has potential but a lot more research into the house and property may be in order. Mineral rights come with it?
My parents bought their 187 acre property in 1970 for $14,000. Wonder what it's worth now?
Depends a lot on what improvements have been added to the land and where it is located.

Maybe I missed this as a New Viewer but why did You sell Your other Farm to Move to another State?
They are wanting to move from a blue state to a red state so they can pursue the American Dream of self destiny and freedom.
@@jphickory522 na if that was true would be moving to Alabama
It is true. I live in Missouri and it is a solid red state and I love it.
@@jphickory522 You do any Guiding for Deer?
desertdog1125 I do not. Possibly after I retire in 4 years.
God Willing
just looking from the outside. I am out.
Place looks like a money pit
