This video gave me flashbacks to when I was sharpening something similarly small on a whetstone, and completely sanded away the skin on my fingertips. It was wet and felt so smooth to the touch, I didn't even notice until blood started slowly spreading out over the stone!

I'm not sure why I have a phobia if you can even call it that. I just get anxiety when I have to handle knives and I hate the sounds they make when they cut or when they are sharpened. This guys videos have made me realize that although knives can be terrifying, they're just tools to help us and they aren't so scary after all. Still hate the sound though.

まず、鉄を1000℃～1200℃に熱してから急激に冷却することで固く(変形しにくく)なります
その後、500℃前後に再加熱し自然冷却することで粘り気が出て衝撃に強くなります
熱処理と呼ばれる、工具や刃物の工場などで行われる手順です
1000度は高すぎ焼き、割れ起こす温度。焼き入れは700～800度。焼き戻しは200度～500度です。
もう少し細かくいえば今回は低温焼き戻しなので150〜200℃ですね
鋼種が不明なのが問題 オモチャに刃物鋼なんてあり得ないから浸炭がいいのでは？
