As someone that is diagnosed with both ADD and ADHD, this is 100% relatable. For me, Spanish is easy . . . mainly because the teacher only taught the class COLORS. But whatever. But anyways, you'll get through it girl/man. It's tough but it does get easier. ***TIP: Try finding someone to fidget with like a pen or the spiral of a notebook. It helps me a lot so I'm not sure if it'll help you.*** Stay safe! 😊
