I love builds like this it seems like sims 4 builders always make the interior look like someone still lives there and i dont like that. But i like when they dont look completely lived in like in real life when youre looking at new houses they dont have over the top clutter in every room that are very specific for a certain personality. Unless its a model home which still has a “clean” feel but when you actually move in there is a “brand new house” look with just the bathroom and kitchen.

I love how realistic you keep all your builds. It makes so much more sense to add in clutter and stuff once the sim's actually moved in.
Yeah prepping the world for my sims really gets me bored and yet I can't go without it so I start new saves pretty rarely. I just want my sims to actually have friends and meet interesting people, and default townies are not really my jam.
I guess I should try some more save files 🤔 I've tried Lilsimsie's save, but now I want like a complete world renovation with all different houses and townies, maybe I'll be way more fun to discover through gameplay.
I totally hear you. That’s my struggle when starting new game play for myself. I hope one day I can build a proper save for myself and others to enjoy ! xx

I was making new sims yesterday right when posted the house - I immediately downloaded! Except they have a friend living with them so I made a small laundry room in the back where she sleeps on a blow up mattress. I love it so much Oshin this house makes me so happy during my gameplay

Another move in ready build! Yay!! :D I always forget about that garden hose too, and then get shocked when I see it in builds lol I need to keep it in mind though, because it and the gutter you added made this look like such a realistic house. I love it!
I'm totally digging this IRL starter/move in ready home. This is what starters homes should be like and the Sims buy/bring in their furniture. I feel the same way when my CC folder starts growing. I get so anxious. I enjoyed watching this build. Keep on building and take care.

Ocean I love this house! And I get what you are saying about gameplay. I feel like I get bored of gameplay in the sims 4 so easily recently! I usually only make one household of sims when I make them so there usually isn’t a storyline to play and it gets frustrating. I hope in TS5 they will focus more on in depth gameplay and relationships and aspirations!

Less clutter makes it easier to move around the lot too. Plus, if the house is empty, you can add moving boxes to make it seem like your Sim is actually new to town.

Love your builds and you inspire me a lot. I feel so much of what you are saying 💕 I'm 27 and I'm sitting here watching you build and coming to understand that I don't like clutter too, but for some reason always trying to build with it because I like the looks of it. And when I do dl someone's build like a-winged-lama's it looks amazing but I can't play in it. So thank you for the insight 🙈

@OshinSims I didn't mean to imply that I don't enjoy your content. I just mean that I enjoy watching people enjoy playing the game and not forcing it or just doing it because its trendy. You can tell when the player is enjoying it. But I also don't like when they talk for 18 minutes and actually play for about 3. You definitely play the game. You can't help it and that's why your content is so good. But there is a difference when you focus on enjoying playing. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough before
