    Their most popular song with 9M streams on Spotify and over 6M views for the MV on YT. Dany's guitar is a custom PRS with her name on the headstock. She is sponsored by PRS. She does a rig rundown on Digital Tour Bus if you want more detail. 10 years have already gone by - they started in 2012/2013.

    Choke was the first single released from their current album Mayday/Error and the fanbase was blown away! Even more so when the girls told us Choke wasn’t even in their top 5 favorite tracks on the album. That’s when we knew we were in store for greatness!

    It's incredible, how especially The Warning and some of these Japanese all female bands musically give you everything you missed for years, but in a fresh, unique way, with their own twist. Talent, knowledge, skill and visible enjoyment in what they are doing. Rock and Metal are not dead. I love it.

    Really well said. They bring a certain grunge sensibility… melded with classic rock and hard rock and some pop even … and make it their own. They’ve opened for the Foos before (sadly just a week or so before Taylor Hawkins passed) and they’ve opened for Muse, also one of their largest influences. Their “familiar yet unique” sound coupled with incredible charisma (and personal humor and humility) is what endears them to so many of us.

    I agree with you 💯% that they play late 90's and early 2000's music but make it modern and put their own stamp on it and made this music relevant again. They are one of my favorite modern bands because of this.

    Yes, yes and YES! Everything that you said, yes! Music has always been the food for my soul. Since the 90's, I have been starving. Then I found The Warning. Now I'm feasting again! The Warning has not only brought back the sound that I love but also the performance. Seeing The Warning live, they have spoiled all other live shows for me. And we haven't seen nothing yet! These girls are going to be HUGE! Their upcoming album is going to be the next level that dwarfs all before it!

    According to a couple vocal reactors Dany is singing a D5 at the end of the ascending belt in the chorus.
    The story is something like Pau asked Dany if she could sing this or should she change the key. Dany says something to the effect of let’s find out and started practicing until she in not only could but absolutely owns it onstage every performance.
    Dany goes higher in Martirio and even higher in their unreleased song Hell You Call Dream (HYCAD).
    She’s apparently doing it by pushing her mixed registry higher and higher through vocal training and simply maturing into an adult singer.
    She has flipped into head voice occasionally during some of her livestreams during the pandemic but it doesn’t appear she’s all that comfortable there…yet.
    During the video Dany sings the breakdown vocal part “Let me Drown”. In the live setting Ale sings that part. She attacks it a little lower in pitch but Ale seems to be a bit of a chameleon being able to somewhat closely emulate both Dany’s and Pau’s tonality at various times. The wonders of winning the musical genetic lottery as a family.

      Dany is probably just now coming into her full voice at almost 24 and will mature even more in the next several years, that should be something special for us to look forward to.

    • @boxychubbo6922
      @boxychubbo6922 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      It is definitely a D5. She's hitting a step and a half up on F5 on Hell You Call A Dream. I assume the studio version will feature that blast as well. In one video I saw, she says she doesn't even know her range. At The Range Planet site, it states she hit a G6 on some Instagram video, but I think it was just her messing around and making the highest squeal she could. What I love most about her voice is her enunciation. They way she forms syllables is so badass. They are something very sharp, and sometimes they are slurred. Either way I like it. She can literally do it all vocally. Delicate falsetto, belting, grit. She's fucking amazing.

    • @mjc1389
      @mjc1389 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@boxychubbo6922 yup, the G6 is a squeal. It was for something like a IG challenge. I have watched the video of it after seeing Range Planet had updated Dany’s highest range.
      I was pretty sure it was a F5 in HYCAD because that’s all Discord could talk about but I haven’t seen a vocal reactor confirm it yet obviously because it’s not released. You never know if they add a sharp or flat to it which could change the classification.
      I don’t know how much higher Dany can push her mixed belt up but it’s gonna be interesting to find out.
      I honestly think she could hit the 6th octave while performing onstage at some point.

      The growth part for sure has its obvious effect, what's more fascinating to me is how much through training can singers improve it, she for sure had the vocal chops judging from when she was younger, without the training of her voice how much different would it be, like it will also be fascinating to know in 3 year time how much Ale can improve her vocals, there's something where it's obvious she cannot reach the vocals Dany is able to in the more demanding parts of choke, or evolve, but she's able to do other interesting things with her tone and range, like how much it adds to their choruses.

And I'm not sure any of us can predict all that they will do -- beyond great music and performances --- they've already inspired all sorts of kids around the world to pick up an instrument, to start a band. And I think The Warning may be part of a movement that reinvigorates rock & metal, along with bands like Plush, VOB, and all the J-metal ladies. Which sure as $h!t would change the music landscape.

    From the attitude of its members and their performances, it is more than obvious that these 3 incredible and skilled artists have been trained to perform live, regardless of their talent in creating their musical masterpieces.
    Because Daniela, Paulina y Alejandra have a formidable innate talent, each one of them.
    Innate but with practice taken to the sublime.
    Despite their youth, they already have a lot of experience along the way in addition to their great preparation since they were little girls.
    Their attitude, discipline and willingness to achieve their goals are leading them to great and well-deserved achievements.
    Dany, Pau & Ale are still on the path to the top, but with too much potential, enough to think that reaching it will be inevitable.
    Furthermore, the volume of quality that each of their creations implies is great… and the number of songs that carry said quality is enormous, which for me could be “The Warning label.”
    I’m sure that each of their creations is subjected to a meticulous quality process before finally seeing the light…
    And not only in the technical aspect, but they have also already shown that they have an exquisite taste for the good music that emanates from them when they become inspired and creative.
    Added to all this is that they are surrounded by an excellent family and a fraternal team totally committed to their project...
    And they have a fan base, “The Warning Army”, tremendously loyal to them that is decisively involved in supporting them because they have deservedly earned it for being incredible and surprising human beings.
    Knowing this will give you a much better perspective to better value DPA, and maybe you will understand that TW is not just a band of talented young women who make good songs...
    No, it’s about music, really about art with the brilliance of a "masterpiece" created and performed by three genius female performers from an early age who have been developing and evolving by leaps and bounds.
    The beauty of his art lies in its simplicity.
    Allways everybody have to appreciate each of these amazing rock masterpieces in all their dimensions and then be surprised again that they are creations of those who have wonderful talent but who, due to their age, still have much more talent to develop.
    DPA are already admirable but their potential increases exponentially as they achieve success.
    As long as all this continues to flow with this equation, soon they will reach the top of the world where they deserve to be.
    I hope to see many reactions from you to TW my favorite band of all time.
    Wellcome to TWArmy!

    The last 20 years, when I heard a new band, I might like it, but I always say it sounds like (insert band name here). That changed when I discovered The Warning. They are unique. I enjoy every song because they are different from anything I have ever heard. It's rock, yes, but each song, even if it's simple, is different. I think it's because they focus on vocal melodies and lyrics and that makes them easily singable songs, if I may say so.

They play music that reminds me of what I grew up with, but it's from their own perspective and that makes it refreshing. Billy Talent, Three Days Grace, Alexisonfire, Tea Party. It has 6 distinct motifs: 3 verses (all of which are completely musically different), a killer guitar riff, pre-chorus, chorus, AND a bridge. Try doing live performances as much as you can...because they are amazing in the videos BUT they are untouchable and an entirely different beast to watch or see LIVE! Check out specifically the Teatro Metropolitan. Also as a fellow reactor, 100% of their live stuff is NOT blocked.

    Your assessment of the sound from the mid 90’s was so good! And to be honest I agree with you 100%! They managed to take out the full use of their instruments and vocals. Ale’s bass lines are soooo good and filling that changes everything for me. They are just perfect. Just what we needed.

    Your commentary about the unique sound from Th e warning is the it's extremely accurate, that's the reason among so many bands that exist today, The Warning has something different, you have a lot of rock bands, metal bands, female bands out there, it doesn't matter, but they all seem to have the same vibe , the same sound, and it also has no value if you add a bunch of solos, exaggerate, fill it with double bass drums and be more of the same. Plus in their studio versions, they don't too many layers of gutiars and sound effects, this is why their live versions/shows is top tier (if they get a good sound enginer), even better than many old bands

    one advice from a German man... The Warning ALWAYS live, if available... the girls are so much more on the nose with audience and they all love it. 🤣🤣🤣
    oh, almost forgot... Dany for me is on her way of reaching and surpassing Doro Pesch from Warlock, my, as a German, fav. Rock-Röhre ( female Rock voice ) ever.

    I've at times refered to a band as being a "Wall of Sound". Meaning there's no holes in the sound. No gaps, no "missing" pieces. The Warning is exactly that description... A Wall of Sound.

    TW in there!!! I don't know what the limits of this group are. The future will tell us but I think that in 10 years they will be in the Hollywood walk of fame. Pau is a beast in composition...
    One thing I love are the breaks they put in a lot of their songs. They are often great.

    • @robertgrant721
      @robertgrant721 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is truly the secret at the heart of every track: Pau comes up with a diamond in the rough and then the three of them apply their incredible musical taste and talent to polish it into the diamond it is. It’s unbelievable how many excellent tracks they’ve produced already. And on Error a master producer like Bendeth only contributed to a couple of compositions (sure he played on a bunch) but only a couple did he have to change the song itself. That says a lot for the quality of songs they are bringing to the table.
      We’re truly not worthy, but so very grateful!

    Hi all. Awesome reaction as usual. I can't believe I "slept" on this band after watching their "Enter Sandman" cover when they were very young. It took them playing "Evolve" in the VMA's, that drop in the chorus, to hook me back forever! I've been watching all there performances, concerts, videos, reactions, etc since then. And I need more!
