This programme is based on a VERY thoughtful and a well executed theme.! The ever abiding charm of the bollywood music is made more meaningfully complete in this very episode which, hopefully, serves as the stepping stone to the making of many more admirable episodes in future..👍👍😊
Well, Great research janab Hatts off to you And even Persian itself is too influenced by lots of songs of bollywood. Here is one: in aankhon ki masti k mastaane hazaaron hain In aankhon se waabasta afsaane hazaron se This ghazal written by Shaharyar and sung by Lata Mangeshkar is very nicely translated into persian in the same behar and sung with the same eloquence. In Persian its matla goes as; Az masti e chashmanam mastana hazaran ast Waabasta ba chashmaanam afsana hazaran ast Most reputed Persian singers like Ahmed Zaher, Ahmed Wali, Ustad Nashenas etc. have tried their hands at singing bollywood urdu songs as well. Persian has been the legacy of Kashmir Upto very near past, even still there are reputed persian teachers and scholars (bazurgwaar) there in Kashmir but pity that our younger generation is not going to acquaint itself with the rich Indo-Persian heritage....
Yes, there are few others as; Mere mahiya sanam jaanum kee mein karya "nami daanam" It's a popular song among newer generation, a mixture of Punjabi, Urdu and Persian...
I wish you all the best. So nice a video. Would have been better if the words jaaneman and jaanam had not been given that much of space. One or two brief songs to support the argument would have done the job. It would have added more variety here by allowing more Persian words like: Zihaal e miskein ( Ghulami movie) Gulzar's lyrics
Oh bhai! Parsi, Dari, Urdu, Pashto Hindi Uzbiki, Kurdi, Turkey and many more languages are all Persian languages but with different dialects. That’s why as Afghan we all understand what Hindi or Urdu speakers are saying.
Very informative.....
Indeed, Persian is a very beautiful language, and a part of our culture and tradition.
