Work Energy and Power Climbing Stairs Example

In this example we calculate the work and power of a person walking up some stairs. Work is equal to Force times distance. Work is also equal to the change in energy. Both methods can be used to find the person's work as he climbs up the stairs. All that is left to be done is to divide work by time to find power.
