I'm sorta mad that I saw your original video a month ago and was so excited that I bought three of the OPPSK immediately and programmed them to my Air Stream and then this morning found this video! Obviously I am joking and actually super pumped to see this video and upgraded today! Love your stuff and will continue to watch.
Also, I wish they would’ve put some threaded inserts on each end so these could be mounted on those stands that you showed us in another video for the light bars.
Follow up , ended up getting 16 of these for my company, LOVE THEM. But ! Had 3 have issues with the LEDs... they have replaced 2 with NO HASSLE AT ALL ( great customer service ) , waiting to hear back on the third
How compatible is your Force 1.0 with these light bars? I bought 6 of these exact wash lights and am hoping to get a force in the next few months. Does it have really cool effect?
They're paying attention, but until they offer wireless DMX and internal battery they're not going to be contenders in the market with professional DJs. Even offering a small attachable external battery that it can run off of would help, but when you consider the Both Titans are $230ish with shipping when you get the big road case. I'd like to know lumens and light output compared to the other market leaders, personally. Might just buy one and try it. I wasn't impressed by the brightness/throw of the first one I got.
Great job on your videos here. They really are very helpful and informative. I'm a video DJ here in the Philippines. I'm interested in these lights. I am also a new SoundSwitch user and so I'm wondering how to get this particular light to show on SS.
bought 6 thinking they were the lights on this video... turns out they were a different model (same cabling configuration). been waiting for SoundSwitch to add them to the library for about a months to see if I can use them.
really appreciated your videos on this light! I picked it up and would love to connect to mic stands. I can't tell from your shorts/videos which fittings are correct. Can you help out here? Thanks!
hello daryl im a sound tech that just started his own spot only have been a light technician is there any chance you can show us your dmx setup with these lights? i want to know how to use dmx with these and what programs are best recommended for this
I am attempting to use 2 of these with Show Buddy Active. The problem is, the two units work fine together when one is master and the other is slave when running its auto functions. When using it from an Enttec DMX box and controlling one with Show Buddy Active, the one set to slave mode is not acting as slave it also acts all sorts of insane when plugged into the box 😞 Any ideas?
@@DJDarylBennett thanks! I realized the second one I bought was defective (wasn't responding to DMX signals even when it was the only one plugged in) so I returned it
Can’t find manual online. And I’m a newb to lighting. If master is in sound active mode, and you have 3 wired slave units for example, will they all follow the master sound active action? And, do these go dark when there is silence. Thank you!
Hey I bought this light to use with soundswitch but I'm struggling to identify this fixture in the DMX fixture library. Can you tell me what fixture in the library you use?
So i just got into this more bc of you and am learning. So there are automatic chases and pixels that came wifh my bar. How do i access these in my dmx controller ???
You can do it with 53 channel mode. I'll make a new video to do that. SoundSwitch didn't have the profile when making the video. But it looks like its in there now
3.0 NEED TO BE BATTERY-POWERED AND BUILT IN DMX, WITH ALL THAT ROOM ON THE BLACK PLASTIC SHOULD BE POSSIBLE, THEY STILL HAVE SOME IMPROVEMENT TO DO BUT LOOK GREAT, I KNOW THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP THE COST DOWN BUT THEY ARE 4 TO 8 YEAR BEHIND IN TECHNOLOGY DOING IT THIS WAY, THANK FOR YOUR REVIEW ALLWAY DOING A GREAT JOB!!!! AND THEY NEED TO MAKE IT RGBWW+UV
Thanks for watching! I think these have a place for permanent installs where a battery doesn't make sense. But it'd be awesome for 3.0 to have the features you mention
It’s perfectly fine. Everything you’re asking for is another product BothLighting makes one and Chauvet makes one. $220 each vs chauvet veraion which are insanely expensive $5000 for 6 of them. Lol. I would stick with the BothLighting.
How do they compare to the Both tubes in brightness levels? Im looking for pixel tubes/bars I can use in a electronic concert setting! So id want them to get as bright as possible and be dmx programmable
It's really bright, brighter than any of my battery tubes. The tube filter provides a lot of dispersion, which some people don't like. If you want your dance floor basked in heavy wash, take off the filter and this light will accomplish that.

Haha both are excellent lights! Thank you for watching
oh sweet good thing I waited! thank you for the news!!

Congrats on your purchase and thanks for watching!
Also, I wish they would’ve put some threaded inserts on each end so these could be mounted on those stands that you showed us in another video for the light bars.
I have a link in the description for another way to mount these
Exactly I was thinking the same. Wondering how we can make them stand vertically without much effort
A Chauvet D-Fi dongle should fit nicely, the receivers are pretty short.

Where did you get the stand for the bars in the start? 0:15
Any body mounted on speaker pole ? I wonder how that look .
Hello, where can I find them in Europe, thank you.
Can you put it on a mic stand like the last bar you had?
bought 6 thinking they were the lights on this video... turns out they were a different model (same cabling configuration). been waiting for SoundSwitch to add them to the library for about a months to see if I can use them.
They should be in there, (at least the one in this video) I think it's oppsk light bar 2.0 or something, I'll double check tomorrow

apologies - this mount question pertains to the original Oppsk Washer Wall Light 1.0, not the 2.0
Can’t find them on Amazon 😅

Usually you'll need both to be connected via DMX, they can even be the same channel

How can I get a profile for show express , wolf mix and Soundswitch ?
In soundswitch it's the following profile:
Manufacturer: OPPSK
Model: Wall Washer Light Bar 2.0
Idk about wolfmix

Annoying that they have auto settings that obviously control each LED individually but they only let you have control over 12 zones.
