I understood that black cohosh needs 1 season of cold and one warm. I winter sowed black cohosh for a year and now they are coming up in my milk containers. When should I transplant into small pots?

With regard to potting up your black cohosh.. anytime after the first true leaves appear would be a good time to put into small cells 2” or so.
