Can I replace My Auto Gear to the shift normal Gear ?
If the answer is yes.
What kind of Gear?

Thank you for the kind words. I'm not sure what you mean by normal gear. If you mean with the transfer case, then I would recommend leaving it on normal instead of high or low gear while driving

Also what are the benefits of the diff drop, I have mines lifted as well but didn't understand /see the need for the diff drop myself?

When you increase the lift on your car the axles for the front start to bend and can cause for the boot to pop, or for the axle to go bad quicker. There are two options to fix this. One being getting an extendable boot housing, the other to drop your diff an inch like this kit lets you do

Did you do an adjustable panhard rod in the rear or any other mod to go with your rear lift?

Is doing the front first recommended or does it make a difference?

I ordered my front suspension first, since it wasn't on backorder. I had to wait a little for the rear shocks to come in. I would wait to install everything once you have the rear and the back, due to one or the other side being higher than the other
