The fertility rate has already came down to 2.2, so that's a less concerning area. The real challenge is weeding out poverty, providing education, employment and healthcare services for the existing huge young population and look forward to providing resources for this young population in 2050 when they would be old constituting the 20% of the total population. Also this young generation needs to be skilled and employed to take care of self in 2050s and hence be a less burden on the country.
India's backward states and undeveloped regions still has 3 -5 fertility rate . especially the BIMARU states . you cannot achieve development and poverty eradication untill population explosion is controlled . popualtion adds more poor since resources of the country doesn't increase.

Mr Tripathi's statements seem to be based on a view that is too unrealistic. Woman's education may not necessarily correspond to lower reproduction, because no matter what, a woman will continue to be seen as a "child-producing machine" by the rest of her family (on both sides). This is especially true for Muslim families, for the simple reason that a Muslim man, irrespective of his financial status, will take every available opportunity to utilise his religious freedom of marrying more than one times to the maximum. Building on this, the women married to the Muslim man in question, no matter how highly educated they may be, they'll be exploited, and the way out of the exploitation (at least at in the present) is so painful, it is safe to assume that the women would prefer tolerating in silence.

Drag of this mismatch is so much so a negative factor that any amount of development will reduce to too insignificant. we can become the largest economy but not a developed nation in the given load of consumption units of humanity. They were busy in unmaking the Supreme court ruling making triple talaq a unlawful act and an octogenarian lady should get financial compensation to gain in election through appeasement by enacting a crude and cruel law Amendment with medieval mindset . Now depopulation is too overdue to postpone any more . We must engage our present population in inclusive development. But Depopulation might turn out to be the largest inclusive growth in the history of economics of India both development-wise and participation-wise per se. It will augur well for women empowerment too . All we need to have a precisely calibrated scale of action. Every religion in the world believe that child is the gift and wish of god. This is certainly a bane for a low income economy of India having maximum growth happening in lowest strata of the society. How many jobs do you think govt. can create for these lazy, unskilled, incompetent and highly greedy and aspirational youth. Control the population explosion in this strata cuz they are and will always be a burden. After the advent of AI these low skilled Labourers will as it is have very little chance of survival. Two Child not only can be enforced, implemented but is the only medicine for the disease. The two Child can be started with social benefits, debar contest, voting, jobs etc

But after listening to the debate you can find out why only two child policy is the best idea control the population and but if still government wants to implement it.must be implement for not more than 30 years otherwise it will cause serious problems of aging like that of japan.

One more thing, as we know Politician keep on using these sole reservation issue in all for Vote bank....Here I believe , Judicial activism enforcement is required with inclusion of free education, free health facilities, no reservation in Basic Structure....Then if politican try to alter....supreme court can use its power to tell all that these are features of basic structure and u don't have right to alter the basic definition....then see the change and real growth of India , with well deserving student getting required job, facilities...

@@supreeths6006 better education = good understanding and high probability that, people will opt for few birth, well healthy development as more resource to spent on few rather than on many...Good Health= Healthy family and people always take care of their health, more conscious about their lifestyle and opt less children, so that mother health is well, child get good nutrition, Initial Thrust of child will boost with good nutrition,healthy mind sandwell developed body, which will have a ripple effect to others .Also, Child will replicate when child becomes mature.....Reservation Removal = When this will happen in India, people will really start to push their limit up to get what they want and knowledge will automatically improve through competition..so once it enhance the knowledge...wise people never opt for more child rather few with well developed child ......

There are Costs in setting up Education and health which in our state of economoy cannot afford right now,Removal of reservation will severely hamper the Minorities who are already under distress-Refer NCRB reports,sc-st are still in transition towards equality,removing benifits of reservation will take away the last safety net for them,yes creamy layer exclusion can be looked into for those who already experienced the benifit,But i believe the recommendations are not ideal in a complex society like india
In INDIA a private bill is brought by an MP Mr Rakesh Sinha for two children polcy. But two children will replace the couple. Couple replacement level nation's strive will not depopulate to the tune of very much required. One child please ! At least for a decade ! We must assess the present mismatch of our resources and stress on it. Drag of this mismatch is so much so a negative factor that any amount of development will reduce to too insignificant. we can become the largest economy but not a developed nation in the given load of consumption units of humanity. Indiraji did not do the couple replacement for fear of losing election one more time after emergency.
Others took advises from those who who have no merit but appeasing bend of mind. They were busy in unmaking the Supreme court ruling making triple talaq a unlawful act and an octogenarian lady should get financial compensation to gain in election through appeasement by enacting a crude and cruel law Amendment with medieval mindset . Now depopulation is too overdue to postpone any more . We must engage our present population in inclusive development. But Depopulation might turn out to be the largest inclusive growth in the history of economics of India both development-wise and participation-wise per se. It will augur well for women empowerment too . All we need to have a precisely calibrated scale of action. Every religion in the world believe that child is the gift and wish of god. We have a problem here. We must accept the gift thankfully but at the same time we can force our benign request on God as he is our own and we have right to do that to SOMEONE who is our very own. We can pray that gift may be given to those who are developed. If God is not able to deliver the gift there then what more could be asked ? They will remain with God himself ? This is good on our part that we make sure that those human beings remain in Heaven with God himself and enjoy bountifulness of things . Please ask those so called gift whether they want to come down to undergo scarcity ,poverty and terrorism etc. If you dont adopt the methods to escape these gifts then they will suffer increased sufferrings. and tribulation here with you . This is certainly a bane for a low income economy of India having maximum growth happening in lowest strata of the society. How many jobs do you think govt. can create for these lazy, unskilled, incompetent and highly greedy and aspirational youth. Control the population explosion in this strata cuz they are and will always be a burden. After the advent of AI these low skilled Labourers will as it is have very little chance of survival. Contain them now before they cause social war and unrest.
Some strict steps should be taken by goverment.

They don't have any Solid cure, Let the doctors do their work, Let's face it Bihar is a Backward state where Hospital infrastructure like More Beds, various machines are not easily available.
Most of the states have stabilised population growth . The States which have not done this should implement 2 child policy
