Hi Nat, this is such an informative vlog, filled with knowledge!!
One of the best content creator on data science vlog that I have seen.
Thanks for watching ☺️
@@natalienicolelam Got a bit of interest in the topic after watching the vlog so I went to read up on receipt / invoice information extraction. Saw that typically after OCR is conducted, you need to use methods such as layoutlm to give a label to the information, and the implementation seems like a lot of lines of code from what I have seen so far 😅😅 saw there there were some online blogs that uses LLM to extract the information and labels directly from receipts without any OCR or pre-processing and the results look decent. Not sure if you have any thoughts on this, given that some of your receipt images are blurry, slanted or may be in different languages etc ..
Hahahahaha wow might give an update of my work progress in my next data science vid :)
@@natalienicolelam hahha looking forward :)
Hi, Nice Vlog. I am thinking about changing my career to either web development or Data Science but I am so confused about which language to learn first.
Heyy this is just my personal opinion, python is a really good language to start off with. There's a huge online community to help out with your learning and the syntax is one of the most intuitive out there! There are libraries to help with web development in python, but most data science projects are best served with python over other languages. Hope this helps!
@@natalienicolelam Thank you, Do you recommend any sites to learn from?
For data science track, You can start to look at datacamp courses for an introduction to Python (this can let you have a better understanding of data analytics / data manipulation, transformation, cleaning)
Then you can also look at kaggle competitions and the public codes (but these are the more data sciency stuff where you can learn about machine learning etc)
once I hear AAR I know it's from some government department🤦♂😆
Hi it's a nice blog , i am currently learning Data science and want to make my career in this field, and also activity searching for job as well , i would love to connect with you , really wanna know how work is done in industry.
Thank you! You can drop me an email (in description) on some questions that you have :)
