Annamalai response was very clear with proff and more over Aavin is state government organisation, if ministers are saying Aavin cannot supply these products even after certification given by authorities then there is question mark on efficiency of state government run organisation like aavin. Day by day ministers are telling aavin cannot supply these products, but they have to keep in mind Aavin is state government organisation and they are damaging their own. Even if they need some research setup need to be done at aavin to produce these products, I think government can do and make sure this government revenue flow within its organisation like aavin and develop it.
