Even after paying close to 3 lakh we have to buy suspension seperately. This is the ownership experience offered by RE.
In nitrox suspension, pressurized nitrogen gas inhibits foaming of hydraulic oil ( which reduces cushioning effect) after traveling several km undulated road, I used nitrox suspension for more than 2 years in Meteor without any issue.
I have installed nitrox suspension in my hunter 350 and it works really well

India after market products do not have a variety for royal enfield,i would like to buy a short shock absorber for lowering the height in meteor 350. The body position would be much better if they thought about when they were manufacturing the bike.

Sir i had changed my suspension in meteor 350 to classic one but after changing it i am feeling jerk over potholes(like it pushes sideways)
I am a Classic 500 user, and have always had the gas charged endurance shock absorbers. They are the stiffest gas charged shock absorbers I have seen till date. It hurts a lot. The travel is enough to absorb all the shocks on Indian roads. Also, pillion comfort is ZERO. I changed to Gabriel MIG shock absorbers. I agree that the travel is much higher than that of stock. But, comfort has been tripled. Drawbacks that you will have to bear or counter- Increased ground clearance, increased seat height (you will need to remove the seat springs and retro-fit a lowrider seat), increased lean angle on side-stand, and centre stand becomes useless (you will have to increase the height of the stand). I know the cost of the customization is too high. But, the advantages are pleasing - Best level comfort and no more back pain. You reach the handle bars easier even without changing the handle. Bike is quicker due to its straight stance compared to the laid back stock stance.

Ground clearance of Super Meteor is far less than Interceptor,that is also an issue against this suspension set up. During cornering also, hard suspension is desirable than softer one, if the road is very good stiffer suspension is ok, otherwise 🤷

Unka theory doesn't matter, if we're paying up and don't get quality spares or parts. Then there's no value of that *Theory*. When the end result sucks, none of the r&d gigs work.
Yes bro u r right...i bought new classic reborn 350 & just completed 600 km. Previously, i was riding FZs from 11 years, It is the most comfortable bike for long rides & as well as city rides. I used to ride yamaha FZs continuously for 90 minutes & take tea break for 15 mins & resume the journey again.400kms a day without any back pain or tiredness. But to more comfort & very long touring, i purchased classic 350 by seeing its craze in the market. But to be honest, its suspension is very hard & creating me heavy back pain. I'm not able to tolerate sitting on bike after a 30-minute ride in traffic. Very heavy back pain. I'm thinking of selling it & and buying yamaha again or Else SP160 or Hornet. Because classic 350 i vl not change anything or do customisation, why should we do infact, why company do not give those easy suspensions pre installed. Why RE wants to put a big hole in customers' pockets after purchasing. What if the problem remains the same even after costly customisation? What are R&D team of royal enfield doing, cant they bring bike without back pain even after giving 3 Lakhs. Complete DISSATISFACTION. Not worth the money. Better people with back pain should look for FZs & Unicorn ( Atleast worth the money for city rides & 100 kms of long rides also). Those are Legend bikes with less maintenance & 15 years of durable engines with rough & tough ride.

2) agar RE ki R&D ne 1 paisa bhi focus kia hota toh yeh dikh jaata RE ko k:
front and rear suspension system should be balanced. Hunter & Classic ka front toh bohat soft hai but rear hard hai. So cornering time misbehave krti hai bikes. Rear pogo stick bann jaata hai aur front lag krta hai. However, 2 bande baith jaye bike peh, toh perfect balance ho jaata hai. So maybe RE ne specially 2 riders ke liye hi bnaya hai
Also, jo company itna recognise nahi kr sakti k new emissions norms unko force kr rahe hai lean combustion ke liye, so bikes heat ho rahi hai and, therefore, oil cooler toh incorporate krna zaroori hai rider comfort ke liye, tattu R&D hai iss company ki? 1 outlet and inlet through any of the oil circulation lines connecting to the oil cooler solves that issue.

Can someone summarize the info for me? I'm Brazilian and don't understand a word of what he says, just some English he speaks time to time. I'm very interested in the contents of the meteor spare suspension options
4 suspensions shown here are of Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Classic BS6 with Nitrox, Interceptor with Nitrox. the first 2 are oil suspensions which are on stiffer side. later 2 are nitrox, which are softer as gas compression is faster than liquid but it is expected to get issues after 2 years or so. So for a softer n better suspension, use 3rd one on meteor. The one from Interceptor can't be used on any other RE Bike as the length is longer and travel time is more.
