    Ingredients(For 5-6 servings):
    Baingan (medium sized brinjals): ½ kg
    Moong phalli (peanuts): 1 cup
    Kata hua sukha nariyal/Khopra (sliced dry coconut): 1 cup
    Til (sesame seeds): 1 ½ cup
    Pyaaz (onion): 1
    Imli ka gadha khatta (tamarind water with thick consistency): 1 cup
    Sabith dhaniya (coriander seeds): 1 ½ teaspoon
    Methi dana (fenugreek seeds): 1/2 teaspoon
    Kalaunji (black seeds): ¼ teaspoon
    Sabith zeera (cumin seeds): 1 ½ teaspoon + 1 teaspoon
    Rai (mustard seeds): 1 teaspoon
    Adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste): 1 tablespoon
    Haldi powder (turmeric powder): ½ teaspoon
    Bareek namak (salt): 1 ½ teaspoon
    Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder): 2 teaspoons
    Kari patta (curry leaves): muthhi bhar (a handful)
    Kata hua hara dhaniya (chopped coriander): ½ cup
    Sabith hari mirch (whole green chillies): 4-5
    Tel (oil): 6 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon
    Procedure:
    1. Frying pan mein kate hue khopre ke pieces, moong phalli, til aur I ½ teaspoon sabith zeera aur 1 ½ teaspoon sabith dhaniya badami rang ke hone tak bari bari se bhoon lijiye aur nikal lijiye.
    2. Ek tablespoon tel (oil) dalkar pyaaz ko badami rang ki hone tak tal lijiye.
    3. In sab ko grinder/mixie mein dalkar bareek paste bana lijiye (paani zaroorat ke hisaab se dalkar yeh masala pisiye).
    4. Baingan ko lambai se chaar gehre kat lagaiyye. (chaar hisson mein bina alag kiye kat kar lijiye)
    5. Saucepan mein 6 tablespoon tel daliye aur baingan ko tal (semi fry) lijiye aur nikal kar rakh lijiye.
    6. Wohi tel (oil) mein ek teaspoon sabith zeera, ek teaspoon sabith rai, methi dana aur kalaunji dalkar tal (fry) lijiye.
    7. Adrak lehsan ka paste daliye, haldi powder aur peesa hua masala daliye.
    8. Achhi tarah se bhoon kar namak aur lal mirch powder daliye aur tel (oil) chhootne tak bhuniye.
    9. Imli ka gadha khatta daliye, 3 cup paani (water) dalkar dhakan dhaanp dijiye.
    10. Medium aanch par das minute tak pakaiyye ke khatte ki boo door ho jaaye.
    11. Tale hue baingan daliye, kari patta daliye, kata hua hara dhaniya aur sabith hari mirchein dalkar dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.
    12. Dheemi aanch par paanch minute ke liye pakaiyye
    Bagare Baingan tayyar hai. Biryani ya koi bhi chawal ki dish ke saath pesh kijiye.
