In this video I'll be sharing Hyderabadi Dum Ke Bagare Baingan Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Oil 150ml
Garlic 8-10
Cumin half teaspoon
Black seed / kalonji ¼ teaspoon
Mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon
Green chili 4
Curry leaves 15-20
Roasted Kash khas powder 2 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds powder 5 teaspoon
Roasted peanuts powder 2 teaspoon
Roasted coconut powder 6 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Roasted cumin and dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Tamarind 50gram with half cup water
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Fried onion 50gram
Brinjal half kg
Garamasala 2 pinch
