In today's video, we will be unboxing the brand new Galaxy Buds FE by Samsung. We will also do an initial review and impressions of these products. So let's dive in and get started.
Samsung Galaxy Buds FE is also known as "Fan Edition" buds and are designed to bring premium sound quality to the table, with some premium features but also a few compromises to keep the price lower than the flagships models.

Finally, a replacement for my Buds Plus, which I refuse to give up, because they are EXCELLENT at stability, wings tips will keep the Buds in ear no matter how much you try, you have to pull it out yourself to get them out your ears, very good product. They should provide this for all earbuds Samsung makes.
Placed an order earlier, and my buds plus still performs well.
How the sound quality compair to buds+??
@prash1246 Sound quality seems to be unchanged but active noise canceling and watch support is better.
Just just to clarify, you were actually incorrect at 6:44 when you said the touch controls were customizable. Many TH-camrs see the settings and have this misconception, but both these Galaxy Buds FE and the Buds2 Pro do NOT have customizable controls. The toggles only allow you to turn on and off the preset commands for single, double, and triple tap, it does not allow you to change the action each command does. The only customizable touch control is the touch and hold command.
Finally something I can change the buds+ with... why don't they use the tips for the pro series 🤔 it's perfect for stability
These are the best ear buds I have ever owned. I have the buds 2 pros and these are way better imo. The wing tip fit is what does it for me
Thanks so much for your comment. I have the Buds2 Pro & I'm honestly not very happy with them. I had a lot of issues with them & the fit wasn't great. The battery life was also pretty bad for me.
How are the fe better then the pro 2
@@strongman3484 the pro 2s fall out of my ears and they get uncomfortable. You also can't put them in and out of your ears without accidentally hitting touch control. If you don't care about wireless charging these are much better and the sound quality is just as good 👍

I was convinced as soon as I saw the wing tips....we had those on the first Galaxy buds and I really miss them on my Galaxy Buds 2 which I need to replace because time is taking it's toll on battery life. Besides these are matt...I like matt.
By far the best video for Buds Fe I am in between buds 2 and buts Fe
The box design is ingenious. When the box is closed, you can see the black border under the lid if the buds are black.

I can't believe they removed the double tap edge to control volume? That was genius and it's a feature of ALL Galaxy buds in the labs section 😭

@@Askanel1 I dont know, Buds2 has a different side touchpad which is used to increase and decrease volume. In the video he says something like there will be only one touchpad, so I dont think it's possible to add that function
the double tap for volume control feature doesn't use a second touchpad, it uses the accelerometers inside of each earbud to detect two bumps. so you can even tap your ear or the side of your head and it will still register. looks like the buds FE will not have an accelerometer, judging by the lack of accelerometers in the product listing and lack of a neck stretch reminder feature that also uses the accelerometers, so it is not possible to add this feature in a later update

I own the more expensive Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They're very useless because they keep falling out of my ears. The buds don't have wings to hold onto the ears and it's very strange. One wonders what Samsung was thinking. I've tried various earbud tips, but so far haven't had any luck.
Finally, I've found eartips which work well with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. It's the Diofit/Galaxy Buds2 Pro eartips which I bought on Amazon. They keep the buds in the ears.
How is the latency with Windows 11? I have the Buds + and they sound amazing but I have started noticint lag a little at times on the buds and a lot on windows. It's very aggravating on Windows.

Buds+ were my first buds without the cable. Bought them to listen my music during fatbike rides. This means it had to took some wild stuff- sweat, weather, sometimes dropping etc. Buds+ were the WILD ones for me, due to those wing tips actually. They changed the game for me, fitted like custom made. Though, had a warranty case with those, the main sensor quit working... And they managed to lose my buds😪. Got my money back, but lose them too. After that, have had both, the Buds Pros and now the Pro2-s. Great great set of buds, but cause of the ridiculous lasting battery, still miss the original Buds+... Now, while having 2 sets of Pro2( one still not even opened), I really look forward to get the pair with those wing tips aswell👍🏻. Are they like old good Buds+ in terms of feeling? Is it true, that the IP rating is only down to ipx2😨? Thats a shame...with higher ip and wingtips, Samsung could have hit the jackpot easy💥👊...

The Galaxy Buds2 being $66 on Amazon kind of undercut these a little, unless one is a big wingtip fan.

I'm sorry but Samsung earphones are trash they start to get staticy I just got these less than a month ago and I'm having problems it's such a waste of money so many people run through so many pairs of these it's ridiculous

These are my first ever earbuds and I find them painful and uncomfortable and they sound like crap in my opinion.
I have original buds. These are better than those. As one of them is not working beacuse it was fallen from bed. If these are better then i will go with them else samsung is replacing that single pair for minimal price.
