I really don't know why some people say this car is ugly I guess no matter what ur always gonna have negative comments,this car is beautiful
Dave I remember you taking the platinum version off roading..thus helping me in my decision to buy this Murano which I still love after 14 months of ownership.
Not a big SUV guy but the Murano is definitely the only suv i would ever consider.

Is the murano in same class as a Chevy Equinox ?
I think so. the juke competes with the traxx and the pathfinder competes with the traverse, so I would think that the equinox competes with this.
I'd think the Equinox is more in line with a CRV, Rogue, RAV4. Direct competitors for Murano would be Edge and Sante Fe Sport.

the front end is terrible, otherwise very attractive suv
38k for a clothe seat and no power tailgait/folding mirror...overprized for a Nissan:)
Nissan has basically destroyed their entire brand by forcing buyers to get those awful CVT transmissions. It's a damn shame.
