    Hi MD11Fanatic, thank you very much for your kind comment on my video of Russian Aircraft @STN_Airport I'm really pleased you enjoyed watching it and thank you for sharing your kind words. We were certainly lucky to see and experience such a variety of aircraft, rare ones at that, over the past few weeks. Certainly its something I wont forget in a hurry.

    Hello Kevin thank you very much for watching and for being the first to comment on my latest video of Russian aircraft and China Southern. I'm glad you got back in touch, I was searching for your channel the other day and noticed you'd disappeared. I'll check out EdinburghFlyer now!

    Hi 96rottie thank you very much for your kind comment on my Russian Aircraft @STN_Airport I'm grateful for it. I have to say I do think the IL76 was louder than a 747, with the videos it's always better when the wind direction is coming toward camera as it helps to pick up a richer bassy sound and I think that was captured this time. I really did enjoy seeing so many different and classic aircraft. My favourite is the Tupolev TU154.

    Hello Happyturtle18, thank you for watching and commenting on my latest video of Russian Aircraft at Stansted. I have to agree they sound absolutely brilliant, and clearly different from western aircraft, albeit these are older technologies but WOW, listen to the IL62 and IL76 on takeoff they sound like they throttle up once, then again to max power it's enough to give me goose pimples.. OK I know I need to get out more (away from planes!!)

    Hello HornbyGuru170, arguably there are only so many designs for aircraft with the technologies available at the time. However it is clear that there are many similarities between Russian aircraft and those of western manufacturers too. None of that can detract the relative success of the aircraft in their home CIS region and the amazing sight and sound of having them around us now.

    They're upgrading London to a daily A380 service. Either A380 or 787...I read it somehwere on the airliners forum

    A truely amazing 14 mins, the IL62 departures were captured to perfection! The IL76 was a fantastic moment (You could even still make out the old SU titles!)
    I forgot about your channel (there's so much on YT) but I'll be watching regularly now!

    Hello AddictAviation, I think I am right in understanding that you are asking because the aircraft seem to get airborne quite quickly, is that because they are private i.e. that they aren't full to the brim of passengers and are therefore lighter. I don't know, I'm sure there is an element to that, a lighter plane would obviously be able to get airborne quickly, but some Russian aircraft (perhaps the IL76?) were built for short takeoffs on rough strips - so they are powerful beasts!

    Hi gregster295 thanks very much I do appreciate your comment, thanks for watching my video of Russian #aircraft at Stansted, glad you liked it and the engine sounds too. I really like the TU154 both look and sound, as for the IL76 that was something else, it throttled up twice before takeoff! Thanks again.

    Hello MelihAlex thank you for watching and commenting. I'm not sure what you mean by funny titles - although I hope you enjoyed them. You're right this video includes a Tu-154, IL62, IL96, IL76 airbus 330 and corporate A319

    Hello Concordetejas4576, thank you very much for the 5* comment, that's really very kind of you. I'm pleased you liked the video of #Russian #aircraft at Stansted along with the China Southern #Airbus A330. I know it was certainly a popular time at Stansted trying to get so many. These ones were filmed in the evning of 2nd August, previously loads arrived on 31st July and that was an exceptionally busy time! Thanks agan.

  • @aviationvideos
    @aviationvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hello Localonth8s, I guess you are referring the the China Southern operations. They've only recently started as I understood it, so if they are already looking at capacity increases that can only be a good thing. Just a shame they aren't operating from Stansted all the time

  • @aviationvideos
    @aviationvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thanks a lot I'm pleased you liked my video of Russian aircraft, it was a genuine pleasure to see and hear them. I've watched you video too, good job, not only do you see the IL76 on the runway taking off but all the aircraft in the background too, especially the TU154's and the massive wings!

  • @aviationvideos
    @aviationvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi Chris thanks you for that, I'm pleased you enjoyed watching this video. I've made a good few lately and really need a break! it takes a long time and lot of effort to make them and think of something new and different when editing. That said I have one more lined up, it's not going to be an epic one, but interesting I hope all the same.Thanks again I hope this video at least goes some way to making up for you being unable to see them yourself.

    Well capacity increase because they're aggressively launching their ambition "Canton Route". They want to bring Aussie bound travelers via Guangzohu.

Like all of my videos I do try to make them the best I can, be that in the editing, the content, the music and titles - or more likely a combination of all of those. ah lol, i wrote my comment before i watched the whole video. so i didn´t know at that time that there were more planes. i thought you don´t knowthe aircraft type so i skipped a bit in the middle and saw the tu-154.
    Perhaps you know what i mean :D

  • @aviationvideos
    @aviationvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello Mraviationguy, no i don't mind you asking but what I would say at the outset is that video editing should, like photography, be creative, it should be expressive, it's about playing around with things. If everyone did the same thing life would be boring. If you have vegas or another editing suite i encourage you to play around with things. Anyway i rabbit too much... I used a glow effect, a saturation effect and put individual moving paths on the scenes. Hope that's encouraging and helfpul

    Hello sid77777 thank you for you message on my video of Russian aircraft at London Stansted airport. Firstly this was a once off event, those aircraft are not regular. All of my videos are filmed from public locations. At Stansted the preferred location is called Belmer Road, it is known to Essex Police and therefore it's ok to park along one side of this road. Stansted isn't great for viewing because of very high fence, and not much variety of aircraft - a ladder is needed well back from fence

    Hi there, is this video taken from a public area if i wanted to go? seems like a great viewing point? any road name to point me in the right direction? great vid.. :)

  • @aviationvideos
    @aviationvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello Mraviationguy, I only used effects in the title sequence after the TBP Presents logo, in fact I used a combination of effects and movement to give the titles a bit more of an industrial fast paced feel...well in my mind at least!

  • @MelihAlex

    The titel is so funny xD by the way, i think its a tupolev tu-154

    IL-62 landing, with thrust reversers us the best sound in aviation, but others are all russians!
