Innervisions is a really great record. Harry Connick brings back memories; I haven't heard it in ages. That's an incredible Tull find. Very cool stuff!
John Hartford wrote "Gentle On My Mind" and was a regular on the Glen Campbell "Good Time Hour" on 1968-1970 era TV. He was primarily a banjo player/ Guitar, and obviously good songwriter ! Was looking for a new video, so i went back to this one again..
The Tull box set was the first box set I ever owned. It was amazing. I saved the vinyl on it. Enjoy that box. I picked someone’s collection in a basement yesterday. An older lady is moving and they had a lot of classic rock. Tons of cool stuff but due to space limitations I bought what I could handle. I’ll post that Thursday. Who doesn’t love trains Mark?

I have that Woody And Ledbelly Tribute on Cd only.. how nice to have it on vinyl ! What an epic haul.. outstandingly wonderful music just in this haul alone ! Wow !!!!!

Seriously ! That Connie Francis cover is gorgeous !! I don't have that one. and have never seen it ..Great Chet LP too ! Ohh Man ! Sleepwalker" very nice. That Julian Cope record is excellent. We rarely see that Tull box that clean !
Wow! Great price on the Tull box set. I paid about $35 for mine last year, so it's a great bargain. I agree that Innervisions is probably my favorite Wonder album. All those records are incredibly clean and "minty fresh" as JT would say.
I'm not a huge fan, but for that price, I could not pass it up. I'm going to spend some more time listening to their music. I did pick up a copy of "Graceland" that looked great in the sun. Come to find out it has a blemish in the vinyl that causes the lp to skip. I've cleaned it several times Oh, well, you can't win them all. It was only $5. All in all, they were "minty." Some great finds Mark as usual. Fab Stevie record. If you don’t have the five or six Wonder releases starting with Music of Your Mind you don’t really have much of a collection. Nice Tull box set. Cheers.
That Jethro Tull box set is great! I was very happy when I found that a few years ago. I bought that Woody Guthrie/Leadbelly tribute record when it came out. There was a documentary on PBS called A Vision Shared that coincided with the record coming out.
