Yes, keep Bodeans ! They were so good live, and they knew it.. Your J Cash greatest is the shizzz😊 That Louie Prima should be a good one.. The X on the jacket is a bummer !

Louis Prima is really good, but I think the cover could be better.

I'd look for another one. I like my Louie albums, Sam Butera & The Witnesses and Keely Smith !

Very interesting box of records. Cool Link Wray and Eddie Cochrane records!

Thanks, Brian. I think I'm going to frame the Link Wray record. It's a pretty eclectic mix of genres, to say the least.

Dry cool box or records Mark. You’re one of the few in the VC that shows any interest in early rock n’ roll records which is great to see. Cheers.

Thanks, Jack. I'm a big fan of early rock 'n' roll. It's not one of the most popular genres among younger listeners, but I think it will gain more traction as they explore it.

"I have no clue..." That had me laughing. Keep Paul Kelly/Messengers 'Gossip'. I love that record: ' Darling It Hurts'. Ditto Chairmen Of The Board. Kim Wilde will fetch a bit of $$ if you decide to put it back out there. I have that same Oscar Peterson. The string arrangements are not subtle, so fair warning. I def remember those Crusin' compilations. You should do more of these videos, Mark! 'Hey, what's in this box?' 😎🎶

I'll follow your advice. It'll help me get through all these boxes of random records. I did well at the record show over the weekend, but I brought home a couple of boxes I'll trade in. I'll check out Paul Kelly. I knew the Kim Wilde song. 🤣Hope you enjoyed the beautiful day.

Hey Mark! Nice Link Wray record, I even like the look of that one. It's always good to have a James Bond soundtrack or two hanging around. The Jazz Brothers looks intriguing. Amazing shape with the Sam Cooke comp. Yeah I would think you would know the song "Kids in America" one of Wilde's big hits. She's pretty poppy. Beautiful Cash record and on the Sun label too! It's funny that you don't see that many Louis Prima albums in the wild. That October 10, 1969 record is a Warner Brothers/Reprise Loss Leader, one of those sampler records you could send for using the order blank that would often serve as an inner sleeve for a lot of WB releases usually at $2 a piece. That one is one of the few single album collections, usually they were doubles. I've got almost all of those Loss Leaders, currently only missing about 4 of them, and I do remember that one that you have was one of the harder ones to find, but I finally did locate one not too long ago. What an interesting box of records. That was fun going through that box with you.

      Hi Mike,
I have a bunch of those loss leaders, they're pretty cool. The Capitol Tower LPs were sent to radio stations. I played the Kim Wilde album and instantly recognized that song. The Sam Cooke title is really something else. What a voice! I'm letting go of a bunch of those 80’s titles, though. Some of them were pretty awful.

October 10, 1969 - that's a strange name for an album. Those must be songs that were on the charts that week. The Graduate is a great soundtrack; I think there's some dialogue from the movie on that one. "Give Me Just A Little More Time" - one of the singles on my jukebox playlist! Thanks for showing the records.

      Hi Randy,
I think that's the case with the 1969 album. The soundtrack for "The Graduate" is really good. 👍

@@mad4vinyl802 I'm going to have to listen to that one again. I can't remember if it has dialogue in it or not. Seems like it should at least have that "Mrs Robinson - you're trying to seduce me" line. lol

Thanks, Richie. I actually prefer his rock 'n' roll music to Elvis's.

Was that X suppose to be on the Louis Prima album Mark? lol. Great BoDeans album. I use to have that New Orleans Jazz album, some interesting stuff but not everyday listening I do se the Crusin LPs around. The commercials would probably be a hoot. You always find interesting stuff that I would pass over Mark

I thought the Louis Prima album was pretty good, so I might have to upgrade. I got rid of the New Orleans jazz album because I couldn't get past that terrible blemish on the jacket. I grabbed so many of these titles because of the price, but I've realized that I shouldn't collect too much. Thanks Steve
