      Fenugreek is one of the herbs used as a natural estrogen replacement. Ashwangandtha is good with it also. I use both, but finally decided to go on HRT patches. But I do a low dose and supplement with these herbs for great effect, especially for maintaining bone density. I'm same age as you.

    I think I must be part English, I love tea! I have so many favorites primarily for drinking peppermint, chamomile, black tea, and Chai tea. For hair, I like black tea ,green tea and hibiscus; but also spices cloves, fenugreek, and rosemary. I've currently making what I call my Super Tea: brown rice, flaxseed, cloves, fenugreek, rosemary, hibiscus; with recent additions of green tea and horsetail. I add all the ingredients in a mason jar and add hot distilled water: distilled water only. I let the tea sit on my kitchen counter for 24 - 48 hours. I pour 4oz of the tea in a measuring cup I keep for my hair and add 8oz of distilled water and a teaspoon of ACV. CC based on your recommendation from a live you did I put in my hair mask and added the tea as I was rising the mask out....💥🔥, so much slip and my scalp and hair felt amazing, thx CC

    I think used tea, on time, on my hair, and that was mixed with henna. It was black tea.
    By the way, thanks for specifying the advantages of caffeine, because I drink decaf.
    Favorite teas to drink: Earl Grey, then black tea that I mix different herbs with.
    I've always loved making up recipes. I was a bartender, for a while, and building flavors in beverages, is as much fun as it is in foods.

    I tend to drink a mix of black & green tea. For application to my hair, I tend to use fenugreek,clove, hibiscus or green tea. (Random combos) currently have clove & fenugreek in my spray bottle!

    • @ramoyarichardson5823
      @ramoyarichardson5823 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      How do you make the fenugreek tea?

    • @justKKB
      @justKKB 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      @ramoyarichardson5823 Take 1 tsp of fenuGreek seeds and put them in an airtight container.… maybe about 8 oz or so, I never measure the seeds or water so just guessing. Add hot water but it doesn't need to be boiling and close up the container. Let it sit for at least 8 hours. Then pour off the tea. You can either throw away the seeds or blend them up and use them for something else. For the tea, you can either put it in a bowl and do a rinse after shampooing, or you can do what I do, which is put it in a spray bottle and use it for moisturizing my scalp during the week--just spray scalp and massage it in. Keep it in the fridge if you use the spray bottle method. You may want to massage some oil on your scalp after the tea dries to seal in the hydration.
