Do not underestimate the 105. I work for the worlds largest underground mine (LKAB) and i do the cuts. The 105 Air cuts even 20mm with good results. Hypertherm hardware has never failed after 5 years of industrial use.
I am not a payed goon.
Hypertherm actually works.

My welding program uses the plasma cutter ALOT. Many of the students are 18-20. Fun fact the hypertherm they have is 25 years old. Older than the students themselves.

Well it's rated for 32mm so I would hope it would cut 20mm with good results.

Oh, and btw, I cut Copper sheets like it was steel. 2mm Copper i cut with 65A Nozzle and 1300 mm/m. And 140V. (With 105 Air) Don't even attempt the 45A nozzle. Copper is copper is copper.

Do you need a drag Shield for thin metal are can you just drag the tip? As long as it's blowing through and low amps,, I know you can with Miller 375,,, what about yours
