Hows it going guys. I've been grinding the past 3 weeks working on this new plugin that works for 3D softwares and after effects. I want it to be the first of its kind and a true tool for video directors so i'm excited to talk about that more next week. We still have a ton of ideas in the vault for cool ae, 3d stuff. I'm happy this tutorial exists but you need a intro showing what the end results are going to be if you want people to stick arround till the end. Create hype in the intro, then tutorial and then end again on the results and show what others did with the tutorial and ask to subscribe.
Thanks for this great tut. Is there a way to bake the F-curve to keyframes and just edit the keys directly? Is there a way to link properties in the graph editor, for example the 3 scale properties, so that X scale drives the Y and Z scales uniformly?

Hey yall, I was following this tutorial and when I got to the "add bloom to the grid" section the bloom box was simply gone from the options. am I dumb or is there somewhere else to find it now? I looked everywhere and googled but couldnt find a straight answer. Did they just remove the ability to add bloom?
even after watching this a few times I'm running into issues with the music staying synced. the audio is at the same frame as the F curves and works great for the first time playing it. But when I rewind it to look at something. The audio just continues where it left off instead of rewinding and completely desyncs my project.
@@MaxNovakTutorials idk if it's because I'm using 3.5 or not but I'm using this version so I can upload other projects to VR Chat. but somehow I did manage to fix it. I don't know what I did though lol.
Make sure you add a keyframe to the value you’re trying to sync to audio first. If there isn’t a keyframe for the value it won’t show up in the graph editor
You can find the "Bake Sound to F CURVE" as Sound to samples in the channel menu. I was struggling as well.

Its now called "sound to samples" in channel instead of bake to sound apparently

Figured it out, they made it 5 extra steps for no reason, for those interested you need to add a glare node in the composite tab

how do we adjust the audio line to go up past the zero line if that is possible
when i add the music i can not see the line music is just a flat line do you know why?
Maybe the volume is really low or there could be a "show audio/.wav" option when you right click.

There was a rework of the bake sound to fcurve system since Blender 4 is released so the steps may be different now. I'd have to revisit it to confirm

WHERE IS BAKE SOUND TO F CURVE IN 4.0.1 CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE NOT EVEN KEY OR CHANNEL
Instead of "Key" go to "Channel" and you fill find "Bake Sound to F-Curves". Hopefully this helps anyone
