Illustrator - Workspace Setup

Setting up a few changes the first time we use Adobe Illustrator!
- Double wide left toolbar
- Window: Control
- Opening & "Peeling off" toolbars (Swatches and Stroke)
- Canvas color: White
- Scale strokes and effects
