The dual dfes they dropped right before 200% leader skills was super saiyan 2/3 Goku vs Kid Buu and then 8th anniversary was a partially what-if card of super saiyan 3 Goku & super saiyan 2 Vegeta gang bang comboing Kid Buu + the spirit bomb.
If they're dropping a dfe LR or carnival LR of Kid Buu, they will most definitely release him with another super saiyan 3 Goku, especially since they both still have a lot of animations from their fight that have not been used.
All the most recent super saiyan 3 Goku cards we've gotten have been Buu Saga, specifically from when he fights Kid Buu. Fuck that, we need a new Wrath of the Dragon Goku, maybe another Tapion/Hirudegarn card (or just standalone Hirudegarn), and ezas to the old teq LR super saiyan 3 Goku and LR Tapion & Minotia.
Truth dropping Kale down his list because of her poor team gives hope that he finally understands why people were always ranking the TEQ Gods above the PHY SSJ4s despite them having nearly the same kit
Exepct the 4s didn't require any partners. The gods and the 4s share basically the same linkset and teams because of dual leader skills. The only major difference is gods had a slightly better ki link but far infieor kit and the 4s always did have the bonus that the gt links are just naturally stronger than the god ki links when activated.

@wrightwright4214 the "far inferior kit" is trading an sa counter and dr for dodge and guaranteed additionals (which will age way better) plus his leader skill is so much better than the 4s (most meaningful fused fighter and gt buffs are pbss or movie heroes with the exceptions of super vegito and fused zamasu, who don't link with the 4s)

Yeah, I can vouch. Out of 10 attempts I beat him 4 times with EZA Kaioken Blue. 3 of the losses were due to his guard not being triggered as a result of not having a Universal Survival Saga ally on the rotation ( I ran him on blues team ). So yes, he can definitely be screwed by RNG, but once you get a few stacks off and he has that bomb ready....

Even knowing that in the newest Red Zone Stages he can get caught. The truth is Omega is still maybe Top 2 hardest fight and this guy is the best unit you can use. Also, HE DOES EVERYTHING you need in a team. Supporting in Uub, healing, massive damage and absolutely GOD in FP mode. I totally agree he being Top 2 and I like that a lot.

I honestly love that ssj4 goku so much. He essentially just has one scary turn at the start of the fight and after that he’s dominating. It’s definitely a negative but tbh I think it’s more of a testament of how shitty and cheap the design of most of these new fights are. There’s so few characters that can actually hold up well in slot one against these fights and even really good defensive characters get cooked. Considering how good uub and fp are he definitely deserves a high spot on these lists and more respect than truth gives him.

Evaluating characters for purely attributes instead of performance is kinda... interesting
Because performance varies, a 55% phy godku can do 5 mil on a super right out the gate but a 100% godku can easily hit 8 mil, without the 50% attack buff. (in my experience anyway) There's also linksets and teams to take into consideration
these people who makes these lists purely make it off reading a kit on paper and its hilarious
every character is an excellent tank and an excellent hard-hitter, great analysis

I feel like Dokkan has a lot of variety of content but not a big variety of 'relevant' content.
Metal Cooler Core can still clap some cheeks but he isn't anywhere near the same level as the new fights we've gotten. I think fights like Broly/MCC/Cell Max have essentially been replaced, similar to how Janemba and Syn stopped being that relevant once the Wicked Bloodlien and Red Ribbon Army RZs were released. The new stages are such a huge jump with basically hitting you with Cell Max level damage on turn 1 that all the variety of the stages are basically 'dead' when it comes to trying characters since we just have short fights now.
You see, for rainbowed fully equiped link level 10 units this endgame abilities maybe happen when your almost done, but for 55/69%ers those are the abilities that almost everytime win you the battle, in my experience things like Gohan's domain and vb transformation happen 2/3 turns before it's finished
The Phy Godku respect is so deserved. He's a king.

Ssj4 goku only weakness is literally the open rotation RNG(which is the gimmicks of dismal future red zone) like if he get his def buff and than his def for 4 turn he will dominant and guess what the future red zoen half of them are either type disadvantage to ssj4 gkku they just do low super the only fight taht ssj4 gkku will struggle hard in it is goku black fight but the reset of the fights he will be dominant in them (again FZ red zone is hardest fight and he cook that fight while been type disadvantage)

Truth, I think you should use units with HiPo ranging from 55% to 100%, to gauge the particular units and also other units.
New LRs- at 55%
New Turs-at 69%
Ezas-at 100%
Old LRs(1 year or older)-at 79%
And old Turs- at 100%
Items - As per wish
This will allow you to visualise how most of the player base plays and gauges the units. Give us a variety of content instead of just no item runs.
I really hate how golku and vegeta can't go vegito on turn 5 even with the 70% or less hp if they appeared in slot 4-7

Bulma and Future Gohan are 1 and 2 and can be interchangeable there’s no argument. When you want raw damage, an extreme boss killer, Gohan is your guy. When you want a character who supports all characters, immensely and can protect herself Bulma is your girl. People overrate her because she’s Dragonball Bulma not like a fusion or some SSJ6 Goku. When if you actually know the series…Bulma is one of the most important characters of the entire series, so her being this top tier in an 8 year old game is well deserved. SSJ4 Goku higher than her is just incorrect. Grade the ENTIRE unit not just when he goes Full Power. SSJ4 is either 4th or 5th. Other than that the list seems accurate. Don’t underestimate Bulma, you try using a team without her support and oh you feel the struggle. Game is all about defense now and she can protect your glass canons. That’s why she’s the best

As soon as I pulled bulma, every stage became so easy to no item run. Her ki support really helped units that need that 1 or 2 extra ki to get a defence stack on their 18 quite often.
Let me correct that comment. Bulma, Future Gohan and Orange Piccolo are 1, 2 and 3 and are interchangeable.
truth hot take tbh but I didnt see str namek goku and he's at least ok for zamasu. by turn 2 you could be below that hp threashold easily, and just pray for gard and stacks. Not amazing, but I used him when I beat zamasu my first try and he's shockingly alright.
The Orange Piccolo disrespect is sickening.
The super class top 5 is painfully obvious: it's Orange piccolo, Bulma, future Gohan, the GT duo and ssj4 full power.
If you ask me the order I'd say it's:
1. Orange Piccolo( win button. Double orange Piccolo pretty much nullifies any boss fight in the game). Except for his linkset that's kinda mid he's the ultimate character. Best active in the game, best tank in the game, great damage, amazing ki support.
2. Future Gohan( untouchable in slot 2 for 5 turns. When the domain comes out the damage is ridiculous). Only small issue with him is his extra 20% DR being locked behind doing a super first.
3. GT goku and ssj4 vegeta( best standby in the game. An insane get out if jail card on a similar scale to Orange Piccolo. They also hit really hard and once they do a few supers and get DR ramped up they're tanking extremely well.
Only problem is if they get attacked before supering by AOE attacks.
4. Bulma. Insanely good support but she can also get caught and hit a lot of damage. The support from vegeta in standby mode, gohan's domain and orange Piccolo's giant transformation is more valuable than her support imo.
5. LR ssj4 goku. Some of if not the highest damage in the game( excluding the likes of AGL EZA ssj2 gohan, EZA kaioken goku, etc), very very good tank, Uub ud goated, once he goes full power he just wins you the match. Nothing is hurting him in that form and he's doing 20+ million attack stats every turn. Only problem he's restricted to slot one but needs to tank a hit to get a major part of his defence
Hey don’t hate on the Z duo, still one of the most fun units to use in the game and has helped me with all difficult content, they’re still great across the entire game despite their flaws.
I swear imo I like them better then the gt duo in terms of animations and how the sprites look

Agreed. I do think they should be ranked just below AGL Goku & Vegeta, but the flexibility of their standby offensively and defensively is underrated.

I dont really get the "fights arent long enough" argument, like you can just stall the fight if it ensures victory? sure its risky but if you play it save its actually a pretty fun way to play, units like the new vegito blue basically require it sometimes.
What he means is that the most recent fights only have two phases, unlike others that have had 3 or 4, so you are experiencing massive damage Turn 1 instead of Turn 5 for example. Only way to play it safe while stalling is to use items, which is a whole different discussion lol
Yo Truth. You need to revisit LR STR Trunks and Mai. Just beat Fusion Zamasu with him on Future Saga and bro dodged every attack from the first phase. I have a full dodge build on him and he has a 50% chance to dodge against Future Saga and he was throwing out 7-8 million attack stats while also supporting the rotation. Just sayin! Maybe I just had the best luck ever! Idk 🤷🏻♂️
Dokkan Wiki is 100% about ssj4's position. He deserves that. Once GT gets proper buffs they'll be #1 team again.

As a Kaio-Ken stan, my biggest gripe is 100% him below INT Spirit Bomb Base Goku. There is no way you can confidently call INT Goku a good tank when he has like 700k defense after supering with no guard or DR while Kaio-Ken gets like 400k + guard + he hits harder than INT Goku. What INT Goku puts up a 13 million attack stat with no crits or super effective by the way and that’s it? Meanwhile Kaio-Ken can drop a Spirit Bomb that does 50 million damage? And then after that he can do 3 20 million attack stats? And if he doesn’t kill then the rest of the rotation will since he gives everyone on rotation a 30% attack increase? And Kaio-Ken is actually good against Fusion Zamasu. You can 100% end the fight before his guard runs out and.
I’m sorry but there’s no way INT Gokus better, there’s no way TEQ Trunks is better, and there’s no way Transforming Vegetas better.
I feel like most people's tier lists are taking the units themselves and ranking them while truth takes the unit for how well it can do in the hardest events in the game. Each one has their ups and downs so it's all with a grain of salt.

Vegeta and Trunks I feel have gotten help, but also gotten worse because of that lack of flexibility to slot 1, since their best link buddy LR SoH Trunks, once he standbys wants to be in Slot 1 for the Guard and Great chance of a super attack, but during that time depending on when the Intro buff wears off, they'd both want Slot 1, Hecc even AGL VB wants slot 1 prior to fusing.

Slot 1 units were a tiny problem for alittle bit, now there making it less of a problem by making everyone slot 1 with some use in slot two. Like 7/8(and 5th) anni units are slot two units and they need slot 1 partners. Both gt duos has ssj4 goku, gods have agl blue Bois,and the fusions also have the blue Bois once he's vb. It works, sadly not how we want it too with this hard content

PS: Unless you are running a full team of USS with ssbkk as lead, you need 3 other UI on team, one being phy Ui that have 50% dodge, same dodge chance as Vados

Hiding a unit in slot 3 is not that easy anymore, otherwise he wouldn’t need to say “Cooler though, he gets OBLITERATED” in his previous tier list video. Now imagine running a unit that gets obliterated like STR cooler, but also running not one, but 2 dodge or die units.
