At least you got to move some snow!!!It’s supposed to be 60 degrees here again tomorrow. I was in Kansas City last weekend and they had 3” of snow. At this rate I probably won’t see any snow until the blizzards hit in February and March.
Personally I don't like the idea of plowing with a lawn tractor as we bailed out the neighbor with our farm tractor with a backblade every winter as he couldn't push back far enough. Mom has bought a new lawn tractor with a blower. I like the backblade on my JD 520. I now have a JD 316 that came with a single stage blower. It's not going on my tractor as I don't like single stages and I have my 520 and still working on my 48 B that can plow in a pinch. Hope you have fun with the little guys
Instead of calling that tractor a turd all the time, should be showing that ol’ girl some love and respect, that tractor will still be around when all this new junk will be gone the way of the dodo
Equipment is expensive and I can’t afford new stuff… I have 5 vintage tractors… not all pretty but no dirt or grime on them… 2 leak oil a little and are parked on card board but they all take care of me for different jobs and I take care of them… I power wash them annually and keep them all parked inside away from mice and on a concrete floor and regularly alternate a battery tender on them. I clean them, grease them, check oil, tire pressure, and air filters regularly so they don’t continue to rot to a pile of rust. I spray “rust stop” on spots that start to rust. At the end of the day it makes more sense to keep your equipment out of the elements, away from mice, and you’ll save money and your stuff will last much longer, if not your lifetime, and you also won’t have to be out in the cold wondering if the equipment will take care of you for that big snow storm coming in the morning. I also live in a snowy region off the Great Lakes… Sorry about the rant… I am OCD about my tools and equipment.
It kills me seeing all those awesome Gravelys out in the weather. My 16g is 30 and looks new. It's under a car port with a cover for now. But never sitting out in a field.

Greetings. We still have not had more than an inch of snow here in NW VT. Your 25 dollar tractor may be an ugly duckling but works great!
I just had the same issue with a 2018 NAPA battery 😝 best batteries are the dependable’s made by DEKA in my experience👍
817 is nice, but $25, 824 has a lot more personality.
"The seat is freezing" well no duh you leave it sitting outside
