Sister Shivani, thank you for your work with helping all of us. I am totally a vegan. i dont even drink milk. no animal products coz I dont want to be involved in any animal cruelty. My question is that I have a dog and a cat. Please advise what I should give them. What do the BKs feed their pets. It is a big dilema for me. please tell me what and how to make my pets vegetarian. I give them alot of veggies but they drink milk and eat some chicken. Specially the cat. Any words of wisdom will help. I live in Canada and have stopped the dog and cat kibble and feed them what I make them. It is very big emotional problem for me to touch dead chicken meat. Any pet recipes will help too or any website for me ???

Let me add something... In quran it is allowed to have meat(chicken, mutton, beef, camels meat) , egg and fish..but before we do the first cut 🔪 we recite a prayer k. A Kalima and wash it....after which the animal accepts that it's purpose in life was to serve as my food and so it voluntarily accepts it and immediately it's soul is taken to heaven...and thats not all that animal is treated and taken care of well at the slaghter house also and theres this whole preparation process behind this final cut and this is what we call halal meat or halal in hotels....so throughout it is purely energised...... So Muslims donot take non halal meat which as sister mentioned is killed cruely and cruel butchery is done..... In fact the recent marinated versions which r be coming popular needs to be avoided I feel... ... Thanks a lot sister for this enlightenment
