I think I would rather sleep outside, something about flammables and open fire that don’t seem to work for me. Also making a hole for chimney, try using the butt end of the shovel.
Nice, but you should know that leaves will not stop rain and snow getting into your shelter. You need to bring a sheet of plastic to stop the rain and then cover over with leaves and branches.
