    Ingredients for "Ghana Style" on StellaZone Jollof Rice:
    3 cups Jasmine rice, rinsed
    6 Plum tomatoes sliced
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 can tomato paste
    1 large onion
    2 carrots diced
    1/2 cup sweet peas
    1 medium green pepper diced
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp Powdered Chili Pepper (African)
    1 Mackerel backed, deboned, and flaked
    1/2 cup Coconut milk
    1 Habenero pepper
    1 cup cooking oil of your choice
    Spices
    Salt to Taste
    Maggi cube
    1/4 tsp Tumeric
    1/4 tsp Oregano
    1/4 tsp Thyme
    3 Bay Leaves
    1/4 tsp Curry powder
    1/4 tsp Moringa powder
    dash Cumin
    1 crushed Garlic clove
    1/4 tsp shredded ginger
    Water for rice

    Stella Stella Stella.....ah ah!i tried this recipe this weekend and my family DESTROYED it. It was very very very delicious. I deviated a tiny bit from the recipe...my own little changes...it was amazing. At first I was like....2 hours and 15min for jollof...but Stella!!!!! It was so worth it. I can't wait to make it again

    Never heard of coconut milk or fish in Ghana jellof. I was trained to use corned beef or stew meat..interesting! Wish I was there to taste. Looks delicious 😋

    I tried it and it turned out great...I used store bought chicken stock but was able to add it instead of water when I needed more liquid to the rice...thanks!!!
