king man really good. If you havent already it would be really cool seeing you in a session taking this knowledge into a simple practical production example of some sort. thank you!

To guard the ELC, I learnt that you need to mix at low levels but most importantly, check at high volume to detect where the harsh sounds occur. This to avoid you run into trouble when mastering/pushing the levels. So never mix at ONLY low levels, it’s the check at high level where you discover the hell transients..

Thanks. This is available in the new Boss Waza Tube Amp Expander as an eq setting. I had no idea what it was. Even the rep from Boss couldn't explain it :-)

Thank you! Is it just my system, or was the Pro Tools plugin cracking and popping? It kind of ruined the listening. Maybe use something more solid, like a simple JSFX plugin in REAPER for the sine sweep and replace the crackling bits (?)

very well explained. Subscribed. There's smth I don't quite understand though, how is it possible that I was hearing 20khz the last time you do the sweep when you turn it up?I can normally hear up to 13-14khz

I feel like I am way more sensitive to 7 kHz than 3.5 kHz based on this video.
