a few days after my last Arlan video, i thought to myself, "what's stopping him from 0-cycling Kafka, too?"
after all, i had to hold Arlan back quite a bit against Gepard...
probably e1 bronya alone would have been enough, but i can't exactly undo eidolons
so i tried (and resetted a lot, too) to 0-cycle Kafka, only to fall short, as seen in my community post
however, i fixed my targeting and the result is what you see here
unrelatable, world's strongest 18-turn Arlan!
8 turns in wave 1, 10 turns in wave 2,
with 170 speed Sparkle, 170 speed Bronya, and Robin:
his full potential, blooms!
obligatory disclaimer: my units do have eidolons and signature light cones (E6S1 Arlan [Blade LC], E1S1 Robin, E2 Sparkle, and E3 Bronya)

After that line “series of improbable events” I felt physical pain. The amount of times Acherons flower goes on the wrong enemy, SW implanting wrong weakness, character being 0.1 energy away from ulting… 0 cycle RNG is killing me, especially bcuz I don’t have eidolons and signatures on my supports 🤣

Yup!
Usually pseudo 267 speed uses Tingyun and Sparkle, because that's a lot of SP to burn, but that's not of any concern to Arlan
Of course, the main goal is to get Sparkle, not Tingyun, to have four turns, which translates to four turns for your DPS
