Quick tip: use welt ult in the middle of the 2 actions that the bosses use, using it before don't have much value cuz it cannot push back the action value of someone that hasn't acted yet. Upgrade for team: welt running Before Tutorial Mission gives him the much needed EHR allowing a 80%+ EHR with the body pice, pair that with the deep divers set with a minimum of crit stats and you have a Sustain sub dps(basically adventurine). Run luka with Perls of sweat, allowing for def shred and a better ult uptime for welt(with Tutorial LC and even better with e2/e3), if you are playing brk Luka then you wont need much EHR anyway(doesn't mean that you don't need it ).

Btw, on the second rotation for Robins ult, you should have used a basic attack on her turn to recover SP before ulting.
