    I'm 73 years old female and I have had an upper back pain for years. It brings me discomfort at night and whenever I do anything. I started your excerises a week ago, amd I'm amazed at the improvement of my mobility I'm getting.....Thank you so much

    I need to thank you. I've started doing your exercises plus other back strenghtening ones and my back pain that I've had for years, have finally started dissapearing. It took 5 or 6 months to feel results but it was worth it. Don't lose hope guys!!!

      @@harrybatchelor3555 The first 2 months I did these 5 times a week, after that only did these 3 times a week. I also did the exercises additionally whenever my back pain was overwhelming for instant relief.

      @@harrybatchelor3555 I did the exercises 5 times a week for the first 2 months. Then I lowered it to 3 times a week because I started doing full body strength exercises the remaining 2 days, (took breaks during the weekend). I also did the exercises additionally whenever my back pain was overwhelming, for instant relief. I do think you need to do your own research so you will know which additional exercises will work for your problem area. I suffer from rhomboid pain.

      @@harrybatchelor3555 5 times a week for 2 months straight, then lowered it to 3 times a week because I started full body strength training the remaining 2 days (had a break during the weekends). I also did the exercise whenever my back pain would get overwhelming so I can get some instant relief.

    My rehabilitation doctor suggests me to do head ,neck & shoulder stretching exercises. I daily use this exercise twice per day for 3 month and finally my upper back pain feels go away.I still keep continue this exercise too.Thank you Dr Peng to share some new exercises and providing valuable content for me.

    Oh my goodness, this is amazing!!! I’ve been suffering from upper back pain for years-since 11 years ago-and it got worse after I graduated. Sometimes, I can’t even keep my head up, and it tilts to one side! I’ve been trying to fix this problem for years, trying so many videos and massages, but this is the best based on my years of experience!! Today is my first time doing this exercise, and it totally works! Highly recommended!!!!!

    Been doing this for a little more than a week. 61, I surf and I play pickleball 3x a week. Pains under my shoulder blade, low back and shoulders is GONE! Thanks so much! God’s given you a gift. Thanks for sharing it!

    I sit at a computer all day for work and lately have been having some bad neck shoulder and upper back pain. I can't turn my neck very far and taking a deep breath even hurts sometimes. I keep asking my husband to massage it and using ice on it and taking ibuprofen, but nothing is really helping all that much. Then, last night, I looked up stretches for neck, shoulder and upper back and found this video and the first time I did them I felt so much better! No it didn't make the pain go away completely right away. But it helped to relieve it, more than any of the other things have been helping! This morning I have done these stretches probably every hour just to get some relief from the aching and every time I do them the relief is immediate and it lasts for a good 20 mins or so before I start to feel a bit achy again. I am hoping that with repeated stretching the pain will go away and I will feel much better. Thank you for these easy to follow videos and instructions!

    I'm senior, i suffered a fall in the bathroom last month, june, lots of bruises, and aches and pains esp. my left arm, shoulder and neck. It also triggers my frozen shoulder. Thank GOD I saw your video, i follow all your exercises religiously, now after more than a month only, i still have aches and pains but not that much. Lessened by about 60%. You're GOD given, dr.     I have chronic problems on my neck because of two consecutive car accidents. When I study and work a lot in front of a computer, it gets really bad and even sometimes my left arm gets numb. I did this exercises in a moment like this because I needed to continue studying. It worked really well and eased the pain and numb. Thank you doctor.

    Thank you, thank you. I have been in neck pain for 9 months from playing games on computer & scrap booking. Finally I doing the right exercise. And I have turned my computer off(only on when doing my exercises) After 4 days I can now feel a relief. Plus I'm a over 70 yrs old. Plus I found the correct pillow & how to sleep.     You have been an absolute life saviour after I was nearly immobile around my upper back, neck area and pain radiating thru the arms at all times of the day. I have watched your other videos with audio explanation, and I always start with the other 3 warm up stretches before doing this 10 min routine. This is the first thing that I do now before getting out of bed in the morning. Thank you so very much!

    I'm 24 years old, and due to long sitting hours on the Chair, plus I had an injury couple of years ago. IDK, what of it, or maybe both caused me severe upper back pain as if there was a stiff muscle at the left side. Doing your exercise for just one time made me release it, and I do it whenever I feel discomfort, but now I think I should make it kind of a routine.
    I didn't wanted to do this, but earlier I saw a comment of someone of the same cause, he also had to sit long hours and his success made me do it. Thanks Doc. God Bless you :)

    Thank you ever so much. I've been doing two different exercise routines for about 3 weeks and I feel a ton lighter and the neck and upper back shoulders holds little or no tension and a deep feeling of compression that i was experiencing almost non-existent

    I recently strained my back and was sent home with a sheet from the ER which told me to stretch but did not give me example stretches. This video worked out great in my healing process. Very simple, yet effective, stretches. Thank you.

    I have neck and back pain since 1 month ago due to bad posture and sleeping on bad pillow . These exercises helped my neck a lot . I will continue to do them on a daily basis. Thank you very much for this video .

    Feel great now! Thank you. Had a hard time breathing or getting up from a lying position. I did the exercises only once and will repeat tomorrow morning. Will be able to sleep now. Again thank you. 😊
