Denouncing human rights violations, anywhere, could not be a more basic request or moral expectation of any of our leaders.

The same old group of pearl clutchers bringing their issue of the year to the AGA for their next hit of attention. Honestly, these people need to get out in the real world for a while. Then they will learn why their initiatives every year get voted down. The lack of awareness as to everyday Metis concerns is astounding. To ask the most marginalized to manage a Canadian-made Canadian responsibility is a bit much. That's what the Assembly thought and that's why they voted the motion down. These people need to put on their big kid pants and respect the votes. Not go crying to APTN because they didn't like the reaction they got. That's right, the right to speak is a two-way street. Next time, try talking to the Assembly about what it all means, then make an ask - not a demand that ends in telling the Assembly to "Go die, B*tches". The Elders around that table aren't going to forget that any time soon. Also, when will this group give an accounting of how they've tried to start an initiative, but got shot down after discussions with leadership. They never do, because they never actually attempt to pass something by leadership before they create an AGA stunt. That group has become a joke to the assembly because of the annual antics they pull. Enough already.

As Indigenous people we should be supporting Palestine and opposing settler colonialism and if you're not your colonized AF. Leaders aka the micro elite acting like colonizers as Fanon warned they would. Land Back for ALL Indigenous people.

They are so hostel, many of your own people have abandoned your own Metis Status, just cash in on claims of Treaty Indians. Yeah, your Metis Status is not worth anything to your people.

Chartrand isn’t bright enough to figure out what the motion or discussion was. Chartrand and his crew are a bunch of bullies, been saying that for years.

Ah, give it a rest and stick to Saskatchewan. None of those affiliates would have half of what they've got if it wasn't for Chartrand and the MMF. The jealousy is over the top.
