INGRIDIENTS
chicken marination 👇🏽
chicken 1 kg
saffron one pinch or yellow color
salt 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
nutmeg just lil bit grated
dry lemon 1/4 grated lemon juice
olive oil 3 tbs
lemon juice 1/2 tbs
olive ol 1& 1/2 tbs for fry the chicken
for rice preparation👇🏽
oil same from the chicken fried
cardoman 6 nos
cloves 6 nos
cinnamon sticks 3 nos small
bay leaves 5 small or 2 large
black pepper 1/2 tbs
dry lemon 2 nos
onion 1 & 1/2 medium size
rice 2 cups
water 3 cups
salt 1/2 tbs
lemon juice 1 tsp
olive oil 1tbs
mandi sauce 👇🏽
tomato 3 nos
green chilly 4 nos
coriander leaves one bunch
lemon juice 1 lemon
salt 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tbs
