This is absolutely the most beautiful 1960 Cadillac I have ever seen!!! Back in the late 70s I had a 60 Sedan de Ville that we called the cigar, it was purple, official name Rose Mist, it was in bad shape & was a real sled. Thanks for the look at this gorgeous car!! 👍🙂
The workmanship, craftsmanship on all of your cars are in a class all by themselves. These are some of the most magnificent restorations I've ever seen. Bravo!
I note that the air intake grill at the base of the windshield is missing. This jewel is made of two die cast halves, with extensive chrome details around the fine air intake slots, and then painted (almost cloisonne) between the slots and chrome. This piece was one of the few non-stainless brightwork pieces (excluding the massive main front and rear bumper assemblies, headlight bezels, turn signal indicator bezels, stop light bezels, mirror base, and door handles) and was VERY prone to pitting. Even if restored and rechromed, painting the chrome pieces to match the body color was a grand exercise -- not to mention trying to keep the paint on the 2 or 3 square inch smooth triangles at the outer ends of the assembly. This part alone was a great reason to move to the hidden windshield wiper in 1967.
That was only the 2nd year for cruise control. AC, auto eye, and cruise on a convertible is very rare . Passenger side mirror would of made it unbeatable
Very nice video! I figure it was at an exotic car dealership. I wonder what happened to the front door panels....I'm assuming they're being redone. :) Jack
Cadillac was the king back then, better than any car out there.
Thunderbird was a great runner-up

Harald Gieske Danke:)
For the love of God, PLEASE DO NOT put that on 26" rims and hydraulics!!!
HAHAHAH! I would literally puke if i saw a 60 Biarritz like that😂
You guys over there have some top of the line vehicles. Do you still have your 56 Chrysler?
Gary Mckee yes the scandinavians love classic american cars. Yup, i still have the 56 Imperial Southampton:)
Su tamaño , largo, ancho y alto ?
Hell YA 👍
Did that come from Kansas City Kansas chicken in the box Frenchie
A little narration would help. A more restrained version of the 1959 Caddie, but really who wants restraint with a car like this?
NICE VIDEO....BUT ENOUGH OF THE EXTERIOR.....SOME SHOTS OF THE INTERIOR WOULD BE VERY NICE.....
Gee-zus!
You ruined a great instrumental with the rap beat.
