Blocked and worn out Swirl flaps

made this guide several weeks ago, it was supposed to be a part of a full cambelt and manifold removal refit guide. I wasn't happy with the footage so i've pieced this together.
I'm still not happy with it so I will record another once if had another into fix.
Hope this give you a bit of an idea of what goes on inside one of these.
