Quick tip for the Su-27SM and _maybe_ the MiG-29SMT, your HMD IRST can lock into further ranges than said, like, A LOT longer, so you can lock with IRST then you change your back to radar mode, that way you can lock from further ranges with your HMD!
@@SomaliWarLordIA yes, but ''shoot first'' isn't rly possible against aim120 spamraams. 3:22 i fired them at different distances and it still missed. Once they go pitbull i don't need to guide them anymore, the missile keep lock on their own. 4:55 i fired within MAR but it still missed. 5:35 the same thing happend again. In game 5 the missiles did work yes but they're unreliable compared to other fox 3's

Gaijin needs to fix the drag on R77 otherwise they can buff everything and it will still be horrible....

R77 now does better on rear aspect too. I guess it was a FAIR update because AMRAAM was too OP.
