I think I'm an orphan. I raised myself. I did a pretty good job considering. I had a hard time in public school but I made sure I graduated. I ate healthy most of my life. Didn't do drugs or alcohol. And I learned a lot watching documentaries. Everything I know is either from the news or a documentary.

This series is fantastic, I hope you continue. I'm loving every minute.
If my memory serves me correctly Rabbi Lazaroff was a Shliach to the Yeshiva Gedolah of Miami Beach around the years 1991/1992.
I was student in the high school at the time, and every day when class was over I would go downstairs to the Yeshiva Gedolah. It was towards the end of Seder and I distinctly remember Rabbi Lazaroff learning with his chavrusah (Michael Druin?). The energy was infectious, as the two of them battled out pshat in the gemarah. The scene left a very strong impression on my young mind. To this very day I try to recreate that energy while learning. It is amazing how one can so powerfully impact someone else without even intending to, by merely being their own authentic self. עלה והצלח.
