Okay, now that all the *nice* comments are done, its time to tell you everything that I have noticed throughout this level. Please take this into consideration. *Do not read if your going to go into the comments and type "that's toxic." I am just mentioning the bad things because there are way to many good things for me to list (or maybe I'm lazy).* Enemy and platform placement is reasonable, but the monitor placement is not. Why is there 2 invincibility monitors placed so close together? It makes the level feel too easy. You used solid walls, which is good, but few of them are placed in some questionable places. Like, come on, you placed walls so people don't die, but instead hit spikes leading to a gaping hole you can fall into and also die?? what? Multiple ring placement is reasonable, but single-ring placement is inaccurate. Level objects such as /!\ signals are a bit overused, you could maybe remove one or two. Now, this is just my opinion, but I would move the big ring up a bit like in sonic 1 when you have 50 rings at the end of a level. Other than that, the terrain is perfect and feels natural, the enemy placement is good, and this is a great level for a 12-minute project. I give your level a solid 8.5/10. Would recommend.
Holy shit, your idea is 10 times better than mine. I was trying to make mine more like classic green hill when in reality I should have made utcits own thing. My inspirations for the level was the structure qnd design of Ghz act 2 and 3 with level elements like ring placement and item box placement from act 1.

I think the monitors close together was made to be pretty similar to Sonic 1's level design, which had a lot of monitors stashed together in some places.
