Another Job Centre Manager Who Can't Control Themself!

  • Hi Guys
    Charity go fund me link can be found at;
    gofund.me/c474...
    Following Kentish Town Job Centre Audit and a recommendation from a viewer I've decided to visit Dartford Job Centre. I did attempt to check Woolwich Job Centre but for some reason It was closed when it should have been open.
    I came across an amazing Lee Rigby memorial so It all wasn't a waste of time and a really humbling experience being able to pay my respects in my own little way.
    As for Dartford well you can see that the managers of these job centres are getting even more out of control. The way they disrespect members of the public whose tax pays for their wage is unreal.
    I look forward to reading your comments.
    As always stay safe

      @Kens UK Adventures When nothing occurs & people behave professionally I come away with a similar feeling (re: the purpose of the auditor) BUT when people abuse their position I'm glad these guys are doing this. The auditors aren't required to follow GDPR being members of the public.

      @helphelpimbeingrepressed9347 ปีที่แล้ว

  • @debatable1984
    @debatable1984 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    Dont understand why the manager doesnt acknowledged the data breach and simply work with you to ensure it doesnt happen again. Acting like that imo makes them deserve that max fine of 12mil or whatever it is for blatantly ignoring what has been brought to their attention

    • @debatable1984
      @debatable1984 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Kens UK Adventures they could request it but its highly unlikely a court will issue a warrant to get footage like this deleted. If it is secured data then the person who captured it can't just go and post it about anywhere they please. The person who captured it also isn't in any breach for having said data, the only way they could get it deleted is in a court, and that would only happen for serious national security data breaches. For the likes of a few names your trusted to do your due diligence with said data and not post anyone's personal information in a public domain. At the end of the day the breach falls on the original data controller, highly unlikely the ICO will even fine the DWP for data breaches.

      @debatable1984 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Kens UK Adventures you realise I didn't disagree with your first comment? If personal data was captured by a member of the public they still have a duty of care to protect said data, but im 99% sure it doesn't fall under the data protection act. And the only way said data could be deleted is if its court warranted.

    What could be easier? Film the notice boards, take your photons home and peruse the websites in your own time. Oh, hang on, you're in Jobcentre! Just report the GDPR breach, then they might actually learn about their own responsibilities regards the subject! Like many Jobcentres, they haven't managed to equate the need for a phone to scan QR codes! As far as I remember, the centres have been told before that G4S can't have access to sign in information.

    Shame he didn't show him a copy of the memo from DWP stating it is okay to film, the look on that clowns face would have made great viewing. I know an Ex Gurkha who would love to go auditing, sadly PTSD and his abilities would see many of these people injured or worse.

    Hello from Ireland. Nice to see you highlighting the brutal murder of Lee Rigby. I can't wrap my head around how people are capable of such barbarism. Just found your channel today. I watch a lot of auditing both in the UK and the USA. As far as I know we don't have auditors here in Ireland. KB pops over now and then. I am sixty-five and I have never had a bad interaction with one of our police force ( Garda Siochana). Translates as guardians of the peace. I'm not saying that our police are perfect by any means. But if you don't break the law you definitely will not get any aggro from them. I have seen some really bad interactions in the UK. But I have to say that the cops in America take the biscuit. They are a state sanctioned terrorist organisation. I'm sure you have seen some of their fascist behaviour. Kudos to you and all auditors. You highlight the rights of your citizens and there's always a chance that you will wind up in the nick. Looking forward to catching up on the rest of your videos and you have a new subscriber albeit an Irish one 😊👍👍👍
