The James L. West Center for Dementia Care presents Sexuality & Dementia. People with dementia often have sexual needs. It continues to be part of their identity. There is a fine line between appropriate and inappropriate sexual behavior. In this session, the team discusses misconceptions about sex and dementia as well as appropriate ways to manage intimacy and other issues.
