I think The Law of Contextual Dependence and Second Order Thinking are some of the critical building blocks to people improving their skills in establishing the most robust models for their goals and their lives. Embracing these two enables us to "realize rationality" to barrow a phrase from John Vervaeke. I also vibe with Outcome-Based Communication a lot. People get so wrapped up in insisting to themselves that all of their actions make sense to them, and they have said and done everything they were supposed to for a cooperative party to correctly understand their intent and reasons. But it's much more effective to achieve a result if you expect their could be barriers (whether you agree these barriers should exist or not) and account for them. Even with well intentioned communication, noise in the medium of transfer can garble a message and lead to an undesirable outcome but without malice (also can happen from Hanlon's Razor: Stupidity Over Malice)
Some of the best information I've seen on TH-cam for a long time. Very clearly explained as well Thank you
Loved this and subscribed. Just wanted to give the attribution of the "Man in the Arena" quote to the speech that Theodore Roosevelt gave in 1910.
Thank you!
