I have question regarding reselling, Etsy say that you can sell products from 3rd party manufacturer but it must be designed by you. For example the ear ring you suggest might be a good product.How do you bypass this rule? Or they don't really ask? Here are the rules which I am referring to: All handmade items are made or designed by you. If you work with a production partner, you must disclose that production partner in your relevant listings. Reselling is not allowed in the handmade category on Etsy. Reselling refers to listing an item as handmade when you were not involved in designing or making that item.

It takes 90 days to become a star seller. I've been open 6 weeks and I have 80 sales and about the same revenue. I've not found the cost benefits for Auto DS yet.

I have tried to upload a necklace following the steps you have suggested, but I received an error message explaining that Etsy requires product dimensions that are not specified in Amazon's product listing. So my question is, how come you were not required to provide the product dimensions in the example you showed?

@@AutoDS Thank you for your response. I tried uploading a tennis bracelet with the product dimensions provided. The product was successfully uploaded, but it was removed right away by Etsy!! I am not sure if drop shipping is possible on Etsy if the product has to be made by the seller, designed by the seller, handpicked by the seller (vintage items, items from nature), or sourced by a supplier (craft supplies, party supplies). Thsi product is the same category as the example you showcased! I would appreciate any tip for thsi issue.

I always get errors when importing from Auto DS. Error says return policy must be blank or asking me for it and dimensions etc. I haven’t imported one thing yet from Auto DS.

Great info! I’m stuck at the shipping. I don’t have “other” listed in the drop down. What would I choose if I don’t know which service would be delivering?
@@AutoDS I don’t know the exact time stamp but it was when you were setting up the shipping profile in Etsy. “Other” is not listed as an option in the dropdown. Also, Etsy now charges new sellers an upfront fee of $15 to open their shop. Do you have any updates if whether the dropshipping is still permitted within Etsy? I appreciate you!!
My only question is how can i automate the shipping process like how people do with shopify where as soon as a customer buys it instantly goes to the supplier and its their problem not mine

The order will sync to AutoDS where you will have to fulfill them, so the supplier sends them out to your customer. it seems a few etsy settings are now different than it was in the is video. for instance there is no option to choose "Other" for shipping profiles. what option should i be choosing if i am using auto ds??

Once the tracking is added by the supplier, the order status should update on Etsy or you can at least add the tracking info on Etsy. I have question regarding reselling, Etsy say that you can sell products from 3rd party manufacturer but it must be designed by you. For example the ear ring you suggest might be a good product.How do you bypass this rule? Or they don't really ask? Here are the rules which I am referring to:
All handmade items are made or designed by you.
If you work with a production partner, you must disclose that production partner in your relevant listings.
Reselling is not allowed in the handmade category on Etsy.
Reselling refers to listing an item as handmade when you were not involved in designing or making that item.

I noticed that your shop items were blurred out. But it looked like you had ceramic mugs for sale. I was looking into ceramic mugs and if they're ok to sell on Etsy and unless you make them yourself, i don't understand how I'd be able to sell them on Etsy. Will you speak about that?
When you list an item on Etsy, there should be an option to select if it's from a third-party and you should not run into any issues. Hope this helps!

In dropshipping, after the customer pays, that's when you'll order your item from the supplier. The supplier then ships your order directly to your customer.

I have tried to upload a necklace following the steps you have suggested, but I received an error message explaining that Etsy requires product dimensions that are not specified in Amazon's product listing. So my question is, how come you were not required to provide the product dimensions in the example you showed?

@@AutoDS Thank you for your response. I tried uploading a tennis bracelet with the product dimensions provided. The product was successfully uploaded, but it was removed right away by Etsy!! I am not sure if drop shipping is possible on Etsy if the product has to be made by the seller, designed by the seller, handpicked by the seller (vintage items, items from nature), or sourced by a supplier (craft supplies, party supplies). Thsi product is the same category as the example you showcased! I would appreciate any tip for thsi issue.

I always get errors when importing from Auto DS. Error says return policy must be blank or asking me for it and dimensions etc. I haven’t imported one thing yet from Auto DS.

My only question is how can i automate the shipping process like how people do with shopify where as soon as a customer buys it instantly goes to the supplier and its their problem not mine

The order will sync to AutoDS where you will have to fulfill them, so the supplier sends them out to your customer. it seems a few etsy settings are now different than it was in the is video. for instance there is no option to choose "Other" for shipping profiles. what option should i be choosing if i am using auto ds??

Hello, my question is what happens with the tracking of the order? Etsy asks you to send it to the customer.
Hi there, if you sourced the product through AutoDS, the order should sync in the AutoDS orders page so you can fulfill it. Once the tracking is added by the supplier, the order status should update on Etsy or you can at least add the tracking info on Etsy.

If I get returns, how do I handle them? Do I actually have them return the product or do I just refund their money and let them keep it? 😊
Hello! There are multiple options you can look at. Reach out to the supplier if they can acommodate the return and refund as this will depend on their policy. They will provide the label for return if so, then you can refund in full. Alternatively, you can communicate with your customer and offer a partial refund and let them keep the item (refund the item's cost and you can keep your profit + offer a discount code for their next purchase).
