Hi, I am not too clear about returns adress part. You said you picked a random adress to do this, is it an amazon address or is it the supplier’s adress. I know it’s a silly question but was wondering if you elaborate. I for instance have AMZN seller EUROPE and have like 9 countries under that. Do I go to each country and pick a random Amazon warehouse. What’s the workaround considering suppliers are everywhere. How do you manage that

This appears to be an awesome tool. However, Amazon's policy on dropshipping REQUIRES that you "Identify yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, and external packaging". With suppliers of Auto DS including major retailers such as Macy's, Costco, etc., I have a hard time believing they are shipping products to customers without THEIR BRANDING, which violates Amazon's policy. How does Auto DS resolve this issue?
This is true.. I haven’t read about it much but heard Amazon does not allow DS unless you’re selling your own branded products. I will call seller support to confirm it. Thanks for bringing this up

I was able to figure out my previous issue, thank you for thr reply on my last comment, one more thing i need to know, my import went active within an hour or so but i have not been placed first on the buy box just yet, does that process still take some time like you mentioned or if it says active should i be in the buy box? I pull a lot of time into making this work the last few days so i very much so appreciate the advice. Regardless of active status does it still take time to be in the buy box?

Thank you for watching! The default address does not matter - we will not be using it for returns or shipping locations. You can add your home address or any other. Just make sure in your store policies, you provide the information that customers need to contact you for any order issues - so you will communicate with your supplier if a return/refund is needed. Then you can provide the return label as well to your customer once obtained from your supplier.

For dropshipping do i use I am selling profucts I have purchased directly from a retailer or wholesaler OR I am selling products that are non branded or using a name without a registered trademark. Welcome aboard! The products you will sell and import to your store are generic or non-branded products so there are no issues with dropshipping them. Once you get orders, that is only the time you will pay for the items to be shipped out by the supplier.

If I want to sell a necklace on amazon finding it from aliexpress and using a supplier, do I have to add a name brand even though I put no customization to it or do I put it as "generic" when it asks for me for the brand name?
You can put no brand name. But as mentioned on my previous comment, you can work with AutoDS private suppliers for a faster shipping time. Good luck!

Hi there! That's okay if you do not reside in the US. You can pick a random US address for the return address. When there is a return, contact the customer and let them know that you will send them the return label (and don’t forget to do so).

If all we have to do is to find fresh listings and attach our offers from AUTOD DS then its pretty use less first thing those listings are at way too expensive prices and fresh and no reviews no BSR yet so i guess that way around is eliminated.
next especially in usa market place most of the times we will find listings that for sure have brands or need some kind of approvals so it will be hard to do that.

We recommend working with direct suppliers and avoiding sourcing goods from other merchants or marketplaces, you can use AutoDS' private suppliers. Then, to save time uploading products that you can list without difficulty, skip those that have brand approval and move on to other products.

Do you actually have to pay for the product? Or is the customer paying and you just receive the profit? Do you need to outlay any money for each product purchase by the customer?
