- It's 9pm on a Sunday night at the time of writing this, but this song still gives me a fun vibe. I don't know much about Loverboy, and only became aware of this song through references in various media (mainly GTA: Vice City). It's actually quite a demanding song on guitar, surprisingly quite a test on your rhythm playing, but very fun too. Hope you enjoy, and had nice weekend! :)

Great performance of an awesome track, always brings happy feelings. Loverboy had plenty of great tracks though mostly more firmly in the pop-rock genre than I prefer. But Turn Me Loose has some great crunchy guitar parts and Break It To Me Gently is a hidden gem.

Nice work and well played, I've watched it a few times and cannot help but bop along to your playing. It almost makes me want to dig out the guitars and try to play along (a medical condition makes playing guitar very difficult and painful for me now 😭)

May be you were joking in your comment about them not having any other hit songs, but they did have lots of other hits, like "Turn Me Loose" "The Kid is Hot Tonight" "Hot Girls in Love" "Lovin' Every Minute of it" "When it's Over" "Turn me loose".
Are all of your effects, including distortion, all from the me 50?
Most of the time yes. I will occasionally supplement the set up with trichorus pedals and a couple of effects in my recording software when I’m covering the likes of Steve Lukather, Michael Landau or Dann Huff, but I will mention that in the description.

@@andrewcrossman2165 I think the new models are more versatile and better value for money. I have made the most out of mine, and paired with the Palmer PDI-09, I found a sound I really like and one that is useful for these videos. I gigged with that set up too and it was fine but I could've used more flexibility,
I don't use a Rockman for anything. I have had some of the units in the past but they are very limited in their use, in my opinion, even for the Def Leppard stuff.
