This!! They are both so amazing and their styles are so different, so it doesn't make sense to compare them! I personally like Hanyu's skating more, since his artistry suits my preference more, but there's no denying that Nathan is also so talented and really deserved his gold here :)

despite the injury, yuzuru certified that quad axel in beijing olympics is the best moment for me. forget the podium, he'd been dreaming to get that landed. now that it's certified, he just needs to land it perfectly to ratify it and i am sure one day he will. Absolutely the GOAT
"Certified"...lol. Gotta make up some important-sounding word so it seems Yuzuru achieved _something_ at the Olympics. The ISU doesn't recognize a jump being "certified". You can check the record books. It's not a thing, fanyus.
@@divinearia1601actually it is the fact that Yuzuru did the first jump, that was counted as 4A even though he fell. He received negative GOE, but he received the base value of 4A since there was enough revolutions, so it is still history making and important, even though he didn't land the jump :)

To me Beijing 2022 is truly, the most outstanding and spectacular winter olympics since the 1980s. Totally enjoyed the performance of all the countries teams and especially the Chinese athletes and the great atmosphere there despite lots of hardships and difficulties happening. The Netherlands was doing brilliant and ran for gold as always but please do not forget us Slovakians where our Ijshockey Team has finally won the bronze medal and naša percious Vlhova also picking up a beautiful and remarkable golden one.

nathan’s win was truly unforgettable as I will never get rid of the image of his ugly Shein shirt & highly overscored free skate.
It was so mind-blowing. He's such a champ. So many great moments for Figure skating. Music was impeccable and his shirt became iconic.
