tbh the only ones that are 3d printed are the prototypes. 3d printing sucks for mass production items, especially plastic ones. they likely check the design with 3d printed test piece then send for the injection molds to be made once they’re happy. 3d printing is perfect for prototyping
The glasses look too tacky and plastic. Maybe sell some nicer looking shades with good lenses? Ray-Bans are so popular because they look amazing and the lens technology is pretty dope too
Honestly, a good way to compete would be to carry prescription lenses strong enough for those that are near sighted. I'm sure you'd pick up more customers as well. My eyesight requires a prescription stronger than 4.75 and Ray-Ban doesn't offer that.

Honest question. Why should I pay over 3x the price for the same exact sunglasses? Not trying to hate but people who want generic plastic sunglasses can’t justify the price. And people who can afford them will just buy actual nice sunglasses. You’ve missed your market it seems.

you should make some to go over glasses (especially wide glasses because usually i can find nice sunglasses that are meant to go over glasses but they're too big)

All the styles I see are flat-front designs like most regular Rx frames. Wrap/semi-wrap is a huge market segment - almost nobody would make informed choice for flat front for driving or active lifestyle/sports. Need wrap lens to block sun/dust/glare from the side and preserve peripheral vision.
Possibly look into taking custom commissions? for a higher selling price let people make there own design and then manufacture it and ship it to them? I know I've been looking for a nice pair of mirrored round rane glasses with a carnival glass tint on them. It would be great to just custom order a pair since I know what I'm looking for is so specific..
As a tech savvy guy, your home page for the glasses let’s you down. It still references kicking off 2021 with your $30 sale. If that’s a typo then it’s still a very long sale. Otherwise you’ve left that up since early 21 or late 20, so not a sale then… just the price. Poor. ‘Limited Time’ sale 🤣
Yes the warehouses have in house designers because all the sunglasses frames on the planet come out of roughly 3 factories in China. They will make a single frame and if that frame gets a Dior stamp then they’re $600, if it gets a Knockaround stamp they are $30. Even at $30 you’re still making $22-$25. No cheap sunglasses provide true UV blocking and clarity. Pay the money one time for Maui Jim’s or higher end sunglasses if you’re really looking at protection for your eyes.
Other than the name, what you're lacking is trust and image behind the brand. I don't wanna buy Ray-Ban glasses cause they look cooler than a $10 fake, I buy them cause I know they are quality. And that's something that you can't really manufacture without being dishonest. It's something that takes decades.
The problem this strat as you add new skus /models/colorways, you increase the amount of inventory you’ll be holding, if the product doesnt move quickly enough you’ll be stuck with the bag, its better to have alot of a high margin, high profit, high turnover sku than just flooding the market when your just starting - just my opinion
